I think that penalty is extremely harsh for Lewis Hamilton.

So that penalty will be very good news Oliver Bearman because he will be elevated to third if he continues to hold onto fourth until Lewis Hamilton serves that penalty.

The front end of that Red Bull looks horrible at this stage in the race, just understeering in all the medium and slow speed corners. It looks very cumbersome.

A blow for Lewis Hamilton as he is penalised for leaving the track and gaining an advantage.

He could drop from third to eighth when he serves it.

There will be no further investigation for Lewis Hamilton going onto the escape road and not following race director instructions BUT he is under investigation for leaving the track and gaining an advantage.

Another fastest lap for Lando Norris and he is five seconds ahead of Charles Leclerc.

This race could not have gone any better for him so far.

Things are going just about as perfectly as Lando Norris could possibly imagine.

He's able to manage his pace and is pulling away from Charles Leclerc.

Max Verstappen needs to start thinking about those two Mercedes cars that are getting bigger in his rear-wing mirrors. He is surrounded by cars on quicker rubber.

I wonder whether Max Verstappen has damaged his car with all his off-track shenanigans at Turn One on the first lap, and then challenging Lewis Hamilton a few laps ago because he's losing ground to Oliver Bearman in the Haas.

So if things finish as they are currently then Lando Norris will be the championship leader with four races to go.

Long way to go yet in this one.

Oliver Bearman is going really well here as he holds onto fourth place. He is 1.3s ahead of Max Verstappen.

Meanwhile, championship leader Oscar Piastri is starting to make moves as he finally sweeps around the outside of Yuki Tsunoda down into Turn 1 and he is up to eighth.

It took longer than he would have liked, but he's got a clear run at the Mercedes pair now.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was a five-second time penalty for Max Verstappen.
