Can United stage a comeback and overhaul a 14-point deficit to leaders Arsenal? And is Rooney among England's greats? Let us know on #bbcsportsday and on our BBC Sport facebook page., external
Juan Mata on Wayne Rooney: "I can't wait to play alongside him. For me he's one of the best players in the history of this country. He's a striker who can score, assist and come into midfield to take the ball. I will enjoy it.
"For me he's an unbelievable player and I will try to connect with him as much as possible and find the gaps in rival defences. I think that's my best style of play, to get into positions where I can assist the strikers."
Juan Mata: "From a football point of view it's an opportunity to be here. It was a good lesson for me not to play at Chelsea but it's helped me learn about the sport, be stronger and deal with something new in life.
"The move is perfect for me. What I like the most about Man Utd is the fact they brought me here by helicopter."
Since August 2011, Juan Mata has 27 Premier League assists, second only to David Silva and four more than Wayne Rooney.

Juan Mata: "I think it's important for the club to get into the top four and give us the opportunity to play in the Champions League. It's what the club deserves and it is the tournament in which the club has to play."
Juan Mata: "This was important for the World Cup. The Spanish squad is difficult to get into with a lot of players fighting for positions. So I hope it's going to be a great opportunity for me to show the manager of the national team I want to be there and have to be there.
"Now the moment is here, I want to play as much as I can and if things go good in the last part of the season the World Cup will be closer for me."
Juan Mata: "It's a new challenge for me. I think sometimes in your career you need to clear your mind. This was a chance for me to carry on my career in England. I think the Premier League is a fantastic league and it was the right club."
Juan Mata: "What I like the most about this club is the character. If another club was in this position it would be very difficult for them to come back and win it [the Premier League], but this club can do it. This is the image I have of Man Utd, always fighting for titles and always coming back from difficult moments."
More from Juan Mata: "I would like to play anywhere. To play, try my best, to assist and to score. I will do my best to grow and do what I can.
"It's a massive club and I'm really glad to be here. In the history of the Premier League it's the club with most trophies so I'm really happy about that. I like the pressure. I think it's good for a footballer to improve when people expect big things from you."
Juan Mata: "I wanted to go to a place where I would feel happy and I'm happy now.
"Manchester United are a massive club, with the most fans around the world so it's a big challenge for my career, a big step. With the players that are here and to come in the summer, this club is going to be successful for sure."
Manchester United manager David Moyes on his signing of Juan Mata: "I'm thrilled. I got wind of it a month or two ago that it could be a possibility and never believed we could pull it off. I didn't think the players we were interested would be available. When we got a sniff Juan could be available we went after it right away."
Manchester United have confirmed Juan Mata will wear the Manchester United number eight shirt. The Spaniard is seconds away from his first media conference since his £37.1m move from Chelsea.
