    Manchester United entertain European champions Bayern Munich in the Champions League quarter-final first-leg tie after Saturday's match with Aston Villa.

    "We go into the Villa game knowing that we want to go into the Munich game in good fettle," says United boss David Moyes. "And we're looking forward to it because we played really well at West Ham and if we can follow up with a similar performance, I'll be more than happy.

    "But then we play against maybe the best team in Europe in midweek, which we're looking forward to."

    Manager David Moyes insists he retains the full support of his Manchester United players. "Definitely. I've got no reason to suggest anything else," he adds. "They're great, they train great, we work well together, we have a great relationship as far as I'm concerned.

    "But what I want is for us to have a winning team. A lot of people are saying that, with the quality we've got, why are we not performing?

    "There are reasons. There's a new manager and everybody is well aware that there will have to be changes in the squad, and that will take time. People need to understand that it's not just going to happen overnight."

    Manchester United boss David Moyes on reports some fans have paid to hire a plane to fly over Old Trafford on Saturday with a banner calling for him to be sacked: "I have heard of it and what they are saying about it. People can do that. They are entitled to do that.

    "But this is something which is a long journey here, this is only the start of the journey. Everywhere I go I get great support from Manchester United supporters.

    "I was at a dinner last night for Darren Fletcher and there were Manchester United supporters who came up to me and said 'come on, keep going, we understand exactly the situation the club is in and team is in'. They were really supportive and every time I have been to Old Trafford they have been great."

    Winger Craig Noone will not feature for Cardiff in Saturday's trip for relegation rivals West Brom. The 26-year-old has not overcome a muscle problem. The Bluebirds go into the match in 19th place, three points adrift of 17th placed Crystal Palace, who they face next week.

    "I think we are looking to April as the month that we should get points from," says Cardiff manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. "We need four more points than those around us really because of the bad goal difference.

    "The next two games will be massive because they are against teams directly around us so it's a vital 10 days coming up."

    Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger remains positive that France right-back Bacary Sagna, 31, will sign a new contract with the Gunners. Sagna's existing deal runs out in the summer and he has been linked with a move to Manchester City , externalor Italian side Inter Milan.

    "He has been offered a contract. He has not come back to us yet," says the Frenchman. "I'm confident he will stay. But we will accept his decision no matter what it is."

    Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini declines to comment on reports linking, external Arsenal's Bacary Sagna with a move to the Etihad Stadium. Arsene Wenger says any approach for the 31-year-old full-back, who has played 38 times for the Gunners this season, would be illegal.

    Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini says striker Sergio Aguero "needs one more week" before returning to the team. A hamstring injury has stopped the Argentine from featuring for City since their Champions League defeat in Barcelona on 12 March.

    "We will see next week how Aguero improves," says Pellegrini. "The squad [to face Arsenal] is the same as last week. Matija Nastasic and Aguero will miss out. Micah Richards and Dedryck Boyata will work here."

    The Football Association request further TV footage to establish whether Manchester United's Marouane Fellaini spat at Pablo Zabaleta during the Manchester derby.

    A clip posted on You Tube shows Fellaini standing over Zabaleta during United's 3-0 loss at Old Trafford. The FA feel there is insufficient evidence from that posting to warrant a charge and are trying to find out if there are any clearer images.

    Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho says his personal Football Association hearing after denying an improper conduct charge levelled at him following his dismissal in the controversial loss at Aston Villa earlier this month will take place next week.

    Asked at his pre-match news conference ahead of Saturday's game at Crystal Palace when it was, Mourinho adds: "After Paris." Chelsea are away to Paris St-Germain in the Champions League quarter-final on 2 April.
