    West Brom chairman Jeremy Peace says Saido Berahino is "back on track" and reiterated that the Premier League club wants to keep the striker.

    The England Under-21 international was banned from driving for 12 months last Friday after pleading guilty to drink-driving.

    "I said in the autumn the club had no interest in selling Saido and that remains the case," Peace told the club's official website., external

    "Unless [manager Tony Pulis] decides otherwise, the view will surely be that he is far too important to us to consider trading. His goals are capable of keeping us in the Premier League and would be hugely difficult to replace."

    Arsenal winger Theo Walcott has said the Gunners' current forwards are better than the Invincible side which contained Thierry Henry and Dennis Bergkamp.

    Speaking to Arsenal Player,, external Walcott said: "When I came, it was Pires and Ljungberg, Bergkamp, Thierry and Reyes - that's some attacking force as well. I think this squad probably does beat it, but we need to prove it first.

    "When we go and achieve a little bit more than winning the FA Cup, then I think we can stand up and say this is the best attacking line up we've ever had."

    Swansea winger Wayne Routledge has been ruled out for four weeks with a calf strain.

    Routledge, who has featured in 19 of the club's 22 Premier League fixtures this campaign and scored three times, came off after only 32 minutes of last weekend's 5-0 home defeat by Chelsea.

    But there was better news for Swans boss Garry Monk on Tuesday as Ecuador international Jefferson Montero returned to full training for the first time since sustaining a hamstring injury in the 1-0 victory against Aston Villa on Boxing Day.

    Steven Finn says he wants "to look forward, not back" after delivering a man-of-the-match performance that helped England to victory over India.

    The win came almost 12 months to the day of the fast bowler being declared "not selectable" for his country.

    Just to put a bit more meat on the bones of the Sportsday entry below, former France international David Ginola wants a combined men's and women's football World Cup to be staged together.

    The ex-Tottenham and Newcastle winger is running for the Fifa presidency.

    "Lack of equality in football is a burning issue that Fifa has so far dismally failed to address," the 47-year-old said. "One of the key ways we'll make a difference is by adopting the Olympic model that sees all athletes compete under one banner, in one country, during one timeframe."

    A man has been arrested over an attack on a car belonging to Nottingham Forest's chairman during a match against Derby County.

    The car was vandalised while parked outside the iPro Stadium in Derby at about 14:15 GMT on Saturday.

    Derbyshire police said a 19-year-old was arrested on Tuesday morning.
