Blackburn Rovers boss Paul Lambert has told his players they must be aware their winless run could see them drawn into a relegation fight.

"I've said to the lads 'you've got to start looking over your shoulder'," former Aston Villa and Norwich City manager Lambert, 46, told BBC Radio Lancashire.

Oh to be a supporter of Palermo.

The Italian club has re-hired Giuseppe Iachini - three months after he was fired - in its fourth coaching change of the season.

Iachini was sacked in November but his replacement Davide Ballardini was dismissed two months later.

Guillermo Barros Schelotto was brought in but did not have the correct coaching license. He coached from the stands for a month as he awaited confirmation from Uefa, but it did not offer approval and youth squad coach Giovanni Bosi was appointed.

However, Bosi lasted just one match - Sunday's 3-1 defeat to Torino - which left Palermo in 15th place, four points above the relegation zone ... and asking Iachini to return.

    You couldn't make it up.

England will continue their aggressive one-day approach despite losing a third successive game against South Africa in a series decider, says Eoin Morgan.

England were bowled out for only 236 in Cape Town, with an AB de Villiers hundred giving the Proteas a 3-2 win.

"Playing that way is a winning formula, it's just a matter of getting better at it and being more consistent," England one-day captain Morgan said.

"We're still in the learning phase of our development."
