Following our post at 13:29 BST, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) have released information that there have been 172 meldonium doping cases since the substance was banned on January 1.
The agency did not give a national breakdown, but many have involved Russia which has been suspended by the International Association of Athletics Federations and risks missing the Rio Olympics athletics.

BBC Sport Olympic sports reporterBritain's super heavyweight, Joe Joyce, is the latest boxer into the semi-finals at the European Olympic qualifying event in Turkey. The number one seed defeated Denmark's Kem Larsen on points.
If Joyce wins his next bout on Friday he will guarantee super heavyweight representation at the Rio Olympics for Team GB.
Meanwhile, Josh Buatsi has beaten the German second seed by a unanimous points decision to progress to the light heavyweight semi-finals.
In Wednesday's evening session (from 17:00 BST) six more GB fighters will aim to make it to the last four.

Uefa have opened disciplinary proceedings against Manchester City after fireworks were set off during their Champions League quarter-final victory over Paris St Germain.
The case will be dealt with by the Uefa control, ethics and disciplinary body on May 19 - nine days before the final.

Talking team news ahead of the game, Jurgen Klopp says both sides had rested team members due to the intensity last week when his side played out a 1-1 draw in Germany.
