    Following the news yesterday about Stoke Gifford council passing a rule to make runners pay to run in a local park, Paula Radcliffe has tweeted of her outrage. 

    The Bristol council wants users to pay to help the upkeep of the park, but the decision has already prompted 20,000 signatures in an online protest. 

    The former Great Britain athlete, and current women's marathon record holder, Radcliffe, wrote on social media "Am totally against this short sighted decision."
