Morata wants Real returnpublished at 16:29 British Summer Time 31 May 2016

    Football

Juventus striker Alvaro Morata says his first preference is to return to Real Madrid - but only if he will start.

Real have the option to re-sign the 23-year-old Spain international - for a reported £22m - and could do so before selling him on for a profit.

"My wish is to succeed at Real Madrid, that is clearly what I would like the most," he told AS.

"But Real have great players and what I want is to play and feel important. Next season, I will play in the team which gives me the most opportunities to do so

"There are offers from England which are tempting, not just because of the contract."
