    Good news for Wales ahead of their Euro 2016 semi-final with Portugal on Wednesday.

    Portugal defender Pepe missed a training session on Monday as a precaution after suffering a problem with his thigh, a team spokesman told reporters. 

    "Pepe has a muscle pain in his thigh and is not going to train today as a precaution," the spokesman said. 

    Pepe, 33, has had an excellent tournament and his absence would be a significant blow for Portugal.

    Premier League champions Leicester City have agreed a deal with CSKA Moscow to sign Nigeria forward Ahmed Musa, according to the player's agent.

    The 23-year-old, who joined CSKA in 2012 and scored 54 goals in 168 games, is set to sign a deal worth £16.6m.

    "I can confirm that everything has been finalised and Musa will be in England for his medical on Wednesday," Tony Harris told BBC Sport.

    Manchester United are hoping to unveil Henrikh Mkhitaryan as Jose Mourinho's third signing of the summer by the end of the week, according to the Manchester Evening News., external

    United have had an offer for Borussia Dortmund attacking midfielder accepted and are expecting Mkhitaryan to travel to England this week to discuss personal terms and undergo a medical.

    Mkhitaryan will follow Eric Bailly and Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Old Trafford.

    Manchester United say defender Chris Smalling has had "food poisoning during his holiday which resulted in him fainting on Sunday".

    It follows reports that the England international had been injured while surfing on holiday in Bali.

    A United statement , externalsays: "Manchester United can clarify Chris Smalling has had food poisoning during his holiday which resulted in him fainting on Sunday.  

    "The 26-year-old defender was taken to the hospital and is now feeling fine.

    "Smalling is currently on vacation following his time with England at Euro 2016 before reporting back for pre-season training later this month."

    It's going to be the same as stage one. Expect a breakaway to go away, be controlled by the peloton and reeled in around 10-15km from the finish with a bunch sprint finish in Angers. 

    The usual contenders such as Mark Cavendish, Andre Greipel and Marcel Kittel will battle it out. This is a mentally tough day, where a strong team is useful.
