Which phrases or actions would you ban from sport?

Chris Seal: I'd ban anyone from saying they gave 110% or more after a match. The most you could possibly give is 100%.

Paul Marshall: I'd ban talking of players as a "Number 10" in football, it's a number not a position.

Sephy: Commentators and pundits who claim players are "entitled to go down in the box". Same people then complain about cheating.

"Hopefully it's not too serious. Injuries after games like this in pre-season is the biggest problem obviously."

  17. Don't mention the Olympicspublished at 10:23 British Summer Time 28 July 2016

    Olympic Games

The Olympics are close, but don't speak about them. Well, unless you are an official partner or sponsor.

An Olympic Charter bye-law states only approved sponsors may reference "Olympic-related terms" from 27 July until midnight on 24 August.

That includes words such as "victory", "performance", "effort" and "2016".

Nor are companies such as kit suppliers allowed to retweet athletes, or pass on messages of good luck for the Games. Athletes found to be in breach of rules could face sanctions, including having their medals taken away - although a reprimand would be the more likely punishment.
