When has your team thrown away a certain victory or snatched a dramatic result?

Simon Woolley: Aston Villa being 2-0 up against Stoke at home 2009 and conceding two in injury time hurt at the time. Going for the Champions League under Martin O'Neil and if we had held on, who knows what would have happened.

Lee Wyatt: As a Forest fan I'd have to say 2003 play offs v Sheffield United. 1-1 after 1st leg then we are leading 2-0 after an hour of 2nd leg. 10 mins later it's 2-2. They went 4-2 up in extra time and in 119th min an own goal makes it 4-3. I was devastated especially since we lead 2-0 with 30 mins left.

Tom Mumbles: Norwich City v Liverpool home 2015/16..winning 3-1 25 mins to go lost 5-4. Norwich v Newcastle 2016 away winning 3-1 5 mins to go, lost 4-3.

Football coaches from black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) backgrounds are still "at a disadvantage" when it comes to getting top coaching or managerial jobs, a report has found.

The study was compiled by the Sports People's Think Tank with help from Loughborough University and anti-racism group the Fare Network.

It found that only one in 25 managers, assistant managers or senior coaches was from the BAME community with minimal progress over the last two years.

"It remains disappointing to note that since the first report in 2014 the figures have changed very little," said the report.
