Some quotes from Williams deputy team principal Claire Williams on Valtteri Bottas joining Mercedes and Felipe Massa coming out of retirement to drive for Williams in 2017.
"With Valtteri having a unique opportunity to join the constructors' champions, we have been working hard to ensure that an agreement could be made with Mercedes," said Williams.
"Felipe has always been a much-loved member of the Williams family, and having the opportunity to work with him again is something we all look forward to.
"He was always going to race somewhere in 2017, as he has not lost that competitive spirit, and it was important that we had a strong replacement in order for us to let Valtteri go.
"Felipe rejoining us provides stability, experience and talent to help lead us forward. He is a great asset for us."
Formula 1
Some quotes from Felipe Massa, who will be back racing for Williams, despite announcing his retirement at the end of last season.
Massa, 35, said he was "extremely motivated to be coming back" and that former team-mate Valtteri Bottas, who has moved to Mercedes, had been given a "great opportunity".
"Given the turn of events over the winter, I wish Valtteri all the best at Mercedes," said Massa.
"In turn, when I was offered the chance to help Williams with their 2017 F1 campaign, it felt like the right thing to do."
Formula 1
He retired at the end of the season, but Felipe Massa will now be back racing for Williams after former team-mate Valtteri Bottas has gone to replace Nico Rosberg at Mercedes.

"The first round of a Grand Slam is always tricky, but I am glad to get through it," said Murray
"My first-round match against Illya Marchenko, the world number 95, was OK but it was hard going. It was tough conditions. The on-court temperature was in the high 30s, which wasn't easy.
"I didn't feel any extra pressure playing my first Grand Slam as the world number one. I felt nervous beforehand, but I get that before all Slams."

Radio 5 live boxing correspondent
To spend time in James DeGale's dressing-room after the fight was to be reminded of the brutal, even savage, reality of professional boxing at the highest level. His face was so different to the one he took into the ring, disfigured and discoloured to the extent that such a gripping, compelling contest has to be regarded as a career-shortening experience.
He turns 31 next month and still has the IBF belt to use as a potent bargaining tool in negotiating the final phase of a career that, with and without a vest, has spanned two decades.
But had he claimed a second world title - and with it the recognition as the number one super-middleweight on the planet - the hand he played would have been much stronger. George Groves and Callum Smith will be given chances to become world champions themselves in the coming months and victory for one or both would set up the possibility of a series of showdowns to match the Benn, Eubank and Watson years we still talk about today.
"I'm a prizefighter," DeGale told me in Brooklyn, emphasising the importance of securing his future financially. But as Joe Bugner once said, earning big money is only as important as retaining the faculties to be able to spend it. DeGale must take wise counsel from here on because when it comes to health, wealth and reputation, too few fighters leave the sport with all three intact.
Boxing
James DeGale's failure to beat Sweden's Badou Jack at the weekend has cost him an all-British world title fight with Callum Smith, potentially at Liverpool's Anfield stadium.
Smith had been scheduled to fight the winner as he is the mandatory challenger for the WBC super-middleweight title, which Jack retained after a majority draw with DeGale in New York on Sunday morning.
Promoter Eddie Hearn said: "James DeGale wanted to fight Callum Smith and vice-versa. But it doesn't matter now."
DeGale, who kept hold of his IBF title, is also looking for another fight with Jack but will have to wait for that.
So where next for DeGale? BBC Radio 5 live's boxing commentator Mike Costello gives his thoughts.

Who will be Lewis Hamilton's team-mate next season?
Well, Pascal Wehrlein, one of the men linked with replacing Nico Rosberg, has joined Sauber earlier today.
Our Formula 1 chief writer Andrew Benson expects Valtteri Bottas to be the man for Mercedes.

FA Cup third-round replay, Crystal Palace v Bolton (Tues, 20:00 GMT)
More from Sam Allardyce on Crystal Palace's problems:
"Defensively we are conceding too many goals.
"That's an area of my expertise. I have started working with them in that area but it hasn't worked yet."
Finally, Allardyce is asked if attempting to keep a free-falling Palace in the Premier League is his toughest test as a manager:
"If at the end of the season I haven't kept them up, then it will be my toughest test."
FA Cup third-round replay, Crystal Palace v Bolton (Tues, 20:00 GMT)
Allardyce was asked about what was wrong with Palace, who are in 17th position in the Premier League and only one point above bottom club Hull.
"When I was at West Ham and Crystal came and thrashed us it was all about how good they were using the little possession they had," he said.
"The team has lost what it's used to be. The identity has changed."
On potential transfer targets, he adds: "I think we've exhausted this country and we'll be looking to Europe now."
Although "we appear to have an agreement with Arsenal [for Carl Jenkinson]".

Sam Allardyce explained further his logic for intending to rest some of his regular first-teamers in Tuesday's FA cup replay against Bolton:
"I can select the same team against Bolton and win and give us 15% less chance against Everton [in the Premier League on Saturday].
"Everton don't play this week at all. If you want to give yourself the best chance against Everton, you have to change the team tomorrow night."
FA Cup third-round replay, Crystal Palace v Bolton (Tues, 20:00 GMT)
It's been an uninspiring start for Sam Allardyce as Crystal Palace manager with three defeats and two draws since taking over.
Tomorrow brings an FA Cup replay third-round replay against Bolton and you probably won't be surprised to learn he is planning to change his side for the match at Selhurst Park.
He said: "It's a very good opportunity for squad players to play. Those saying 'get me in the team gaffer and I'll show you what I can do.'
"We've got several players who can't play through injury, two at African Cup of Nations and we'll still be fielding an experienced side."

Despite nine defeats in the last 13 Championship matches, Norwich City are standing by their manager, Alex Neil.
I understand there are no plans to sack the manager who guided them to the Premier League in May, 2015. The belief at the club is that Neil will turn it round and that there's a need for stability in the dressing-room.
