    Striker Harry Kane returned to first-team training this week following his ankle issue. Keeper Hugo Lloris is ill and and midfielder Victor Wanyama has a back problem. Another keeper Michel Vorm suffered a knee injury during the 3-1 win over Swansea and is currently undergoing further assessment.

    Full-back Danny Rose (knee) is on track for a return to first-team training towards the end of the month.

    The Malaysian Grand Prix will be the country's last after 19 years on the Formula 1 calendar.

    The decision, announced by F1 commercial boss Sean Bratches, comes after the country's government questioned the value of the race.

    The American said that the  F1 calendar  would have 21 races in 2018, despite the loss of the south-east Asian event.

    The  French Grand Prix  returns after a 10-year absence and Germany is back on after dropping off in 2017.

    Brentford midfielder Alan Judge is to have further surgery.

    The Republic of Ireland international, 28, has not played since suffering a double leg break  against Ipswich in April last year.

    Judge resumed light training this month with the Bees, but will be operated on in the next two weeks.

    The biggest challenge could come from Mount Mews, trained by Malcolm Jefferson who had a winner on the opening day and who has been battling ill health.

    Jose Mourinho's last two press conferences have not been particularly good for defender Luke Shaw.

    After Saturday's draw with West Brom, Mourinho said Shaw lacked "commitment, focus and ambition".

    On Tuesday, after Shaw had won the penalty that led to Zlatan Ibrahimovic's injury-time equaliser, Mourinho said the 21-year-old had been playing with "his body and my brain".

    Mourinho faces the media again at 13:30BST. Shaw might be well advised to avoid.

    Lewis Hamilton has called for a rethink of Formula 1's procedures in bad weather following a farcical day of practice at the Chinese Grand Prix.

    Cars ran for just 15 minutes of three hours' scheduled practice because the medical helicopter could not operate.

    Hamilton, who crossed the track to sign caps for fans in the grandstands,  wrote on Twitter:, external  "So sorry for all you watching on TV or at the track.

    "We must find a solution to deal with the weather issue."

    British Basketball returns to the BBC this evening with a top of the table clash.

    Leicester Riders currently sit top of the BBL, eight points ahead of the chasing pack and are favourites for the BBL Championship. 

    Their opponents Sheffield Sharks are well placed for a play-off place, currently sitting in fourth place. The Riders won a double header last weekend, beating Plymouth Raiders 88-71 on Saturday followed by a 85-71 victory over Surrey Scorchers on the Sunday.

    Last time out the Sharks lost 55-84 to Glasgow Rocks.
