    RE Rhys 9:03 - that's the arrogant mentality that big clubs think they have, and great clubs know they have. United have lost that a bit over the years due to poor management from the board down, it's OK selling naming rights, and shirts to fans in Timbuktu, but it's the 'we win all' mentality they have lacked recently. Under Mourinho it was plainer than the scowl on the miserable ones face. But OGS has brought it back. It is the United way, pure 'we win all' arrogance, because that's what great clubs always have, like Liverpool who are slowly getting their claw on the perch.

    Paris St-Germain have signed Leandro Paredes from Zenit St Petersburg for a fee thought to be around 40m euros.

    The midfielder has joined the French club on a four-and-a-half-year deal.

    PSG announced the signing on their Twitter account, revealing what number the Argentine would be wearing at the club.

    The 25-year-old said: "I'm very proud to be joining PSG.

    "After my previous experiences in Italy and Russia, I now have this fantastic opportunity, not only to discover a new league, but above all to wear one of the most prestigious club jerseys in the world."

    Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo has reported that Arsenal's move for Denis Suarez is off., external

    The 25-year-old midfielder planned to leave Barcelona on loan this month but the report says the Spanish giants have accused Arsenal's director of football Raul Sanllehi of making negotiations “personal”.

    Sanllehi worked at Barca for 14 years before joining Arsenal in February 2018.

    Interim boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has said that Manchester United will not settle for a top-four finish this season and are "looking to win trophies".

    They will have to get past Chelsea if they're to win the FA Cup. But after winning at Arsenal on Friday night, they must fancy their chances.

    According to La Gazzetta dello Sport reporter Nicolo Schira, Arsenal will make another bid to sign Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic today.

    While the Italian club are willing to let Perisic leave on loan, they want to agree an 'obligation' for Arsenal to then buy the Croatian, rather than just have the 'option' to buy him.

    Johnny Ferris: I really liked this Guillem Balague article. Surely the best example of a manager constantly reinventing himself is Sir Alex Ferguson? He did it after 1999, when they were put out early in the next Champs League campaign, & again when Mourinho changed the prem forever.

    Defender Otto joined Wolves on loan during the summer and has made 21 appearances in all competitions.
