And tight end Travis Kelce has regained the ability to catch, taking a pass from Patrick Mahomes and running for about another 10 yards. The Chiefs are up to Houston's 17-yard line.

Mecole Hardman's shoulder has recovered from carrying that boombox into Arrowhead before today's game.

The Texans kick the ball to the Chiefs after the field goal and Hardman runs it back 58 yards before stepping out of bounds. Boy did Kansas City need that!

The Chiefs force Houston to a fourth down. The Texans take a timeout and decide to settle for a field goal.

Ka'imi Fairbairn makes the kick from 31 yards to stretch Houston's lead to 24.

No, that's not a typo...HOUSTON LEAD KANSAS CITY 24-0!! And there's over 10 minutes till half-time.

Deshaun Watson is then sacked by Frank Clark and the Texans have to punt from their own 44-yard line.

The Texans are relying on their running game on this drive. That sets up the chance for Deshaun Watson to go over the top but his lofted pass towards the right sideline is just too long for Kenny Stills.

That's more like it from Patrick Mahomes, He finds star receiver Tyreek Hill for 17 yards, then this time Travis Kelce holds on for 15.

But that's as far as the Chiefs get and they have to punt from Houston's 45-yard line.
