  1. Half-time updatepublished at 19:45 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

    • Buffalo Bills 6-28 Miami Dolphins
    • Cincinnati Bengals 3-17 Baltimore Ravens
    • Cleveland Browns 10-6 Pittsburgh Steelers
    • Detroit Lions 16-21 Minnesota Vikings
    • New England Patriots 7-7 New York Jets
    • New York Giants 20-9 Dallas Cowboys
    • Tampa Bay Buccaneers 23-10 Atlanta Falcons

Still all to play for with nobody really running away with it, and as it stands in regards to the play-off picture...

Baltimore Ravens: Looking comfortable enough to win and make it.

Cleveland Browns: Currently in but Pittsburgh closing, could get nervy second half.

Miami Dolphins: Already look well beaten, if they lose they need Indianapolis to lose to Jacksonville to get through.

Tennessee Titans: A Miami defeat would clinch their play-off spot even before they play.

Indianapolis Colts: A Miami defeat means they would just need to beat Jacksonville to go through.

Dallas/NY Giants: Winner needs Philadelphia to beat Washington tonight to win NFC East.

Ouch! Evans out for Bucspublished at 19:44 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 23-10 Atlanta Falcons

Ryan Succop kicks a 25-yard field goal right at the end of the second quarter, which saw Mike Evans become the first player in NFL history to start his career with seven-consecutive 1,000-yard seasons.

However, moments later Bucs' star receiver slipped while taking a catch in the endzone, which not only saw him drop the ball but go off with a knee injury.

The Bucs have now confirmed he's out of the game. That's a huge blow before their long-awaited return to the post-season.

  3. touchdown

Touchdown Vikingspublished at 19:39 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

    Detroit Lions 16-21 Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings go back in front right before the break, Chad Beebe easing over for a 40-yard touchdown after being picked out by Kirk Cousins.

  4. touchdown

Touchdown Giantspublished at 19:34 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

New York Giants 20-6 Dallas Cowboys

This would be just like the Dallas Cowboys, to just about give themselves a shot and blow it big time - and that's what is happening as Dante Pettis takes in a 33-yard pass from Daniel Jones to move the Giants into a decent lead.

Washington may still spoil the party, of course, but this is a must-win and it's only the Giants who have raised their game so far.

    #bbcnfl

Neil Kennedy: Lots of talk about MVP - seriously think that Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen is your man. Blinding season, breaking some of the great Jim Kelly's records on the way, leading the team into the play-offs in some style and first Divisional title in 25 years - gonna be hard to beat!

  6. touchdown

Touchdown Billspublished at 19:32 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

    Buffalo Bills 28-6 Miami Dolphins

Josh Allen may not play much in the second half, but he's done some damage in the first as he unleashes a 32-yard bomb to John Brown and the destruction of the Dolphins continues.

It's 224 yards and three touchdown passes for Allen - in a reminder to those with an eye on the MVP award this season.

  7. field goal

Field goal Steelerspublished at 19:28 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

    Cleveland Browns 10-6 Pittsburgh Steelers

Matthew Wright converts from 46 yards to claw Pittsburgh closer and things will start to get that little bit more nervy for the Browns heading into the second half.

  8. field goal

Field goal Dolphinspublished at 19:26 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

    Buffalo Bills 21-6 Miami Dolphins

Jason Sanders kicks a 32-yarder but field goals aren't really enough right now with Miami really struggling to get anything going on offence and their play-off hopes are hanging in the balance.

  9. Get Involved - #bbcnflpublished at 19:26 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

    Buffalo Bills 21-3 Miami Dolphins

Andrew Priestley: Isaiah McKenzie has certainly shown up to play today!

Check out his hat-trick touchdown below... looks like he's on fast forward!!

  10. field goal

Field goal Cowboyspublished at 19:23 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

New York Giants 13-6 Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys respond again to a Giants touchdown and quickly reduce the deficit thanks to Greg Zuerlein kicking over a 46-yarder. Still the Giants in control but Dallas have brought it back to a one-score game.

  11. touchdown

Touchdown Falconspublished at 19:22 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 20-10 Atlanta Falcons

Hayden Hurst goes all rugby on us, taking a pass from Matt Ryan before reaching out to plant the ball on the goal-line for a touchdown.

Was the Falcons tight end down before be broke the plane though? The review says so.

But two plays later Matt Ryan punches it in from a yard with a quarterback sneak.

  12. field goal

Field goal Bengalspublished at 19:21 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

    Cincinnati Bengals 3-17 Baltimore Ravens

Austin Seibert converts from 38 yards so at least the Bengals get on the board just before half time.

  13. touchdown

Touchdown Giantspublished at 19:18 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

New York Giants 13-3 Dallas Cowboys

Sterling Shepard takes in a 10-yard scoring pass from Daniel Jones to give the Giants a 10-point lead with his second touchdown of the game.

The winner of this then needs Philadelphia to beat Washington in the late game tonight to win the NFC East.

  14. touchdown

Touchdown Billspublished at 19:16 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

    Buffalo Bills 21-3 Miami Dolphins

Isaiah McKenzie is the most hated man in Miami right now as he completes a hat-trick of touchdowns to put the Bills in total control. This time it's a wonderful 84-yard punt return all the way to the house.

That makes it 158 all-purpose yards for McKenzie, who is doing his best to put Miami out all by himself.

  15. touchdown

Touchdown Billspublished at 19:13 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

    Buffalo Bills 14-3 Miami Dolphins

Isaiah McKenzie does it again, grabbing his second touchdown pass from Josh Allen, this time for a 14-yard score that's put Miami in a huge hole now.

The Dolphins started the day as the fifth seed in the AFC but right now they're going to have to rely on Indianapolis losing later on tonight to sneak in.

  16. Get Involved - Who's your MVP?published at 19:13 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

    Aaron RodgersImage source, Reuters

Neil Smith: Got to say Rodgers as well. Been dominating with Adams. Though I would love to see a season where it’s not a QB getting it! I would hope it would be McCaffrey.

Christian McCaffrey was in with a shout last year, but injury has restricted the Panthers running back to just three games this season. Still, Derrick Henry, Alvin Kamara and Davante Adams have all had a great year.

  17. touchdown

Touchdown Ravenspublished at 19:09 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

    Cincinnati Bengals 0-17 Baltimore Ravens

Marquise 'Hollywood' Brown grabs an 18-yard touchdown throw from Lamar Jackson as the Ravens take hold of this game, and their play-off future, now and are looking commanding, as we thought they should.

Nice note on Jackson and his stats inside the red zone as a passer, as he's thrown 46 touchdowns and had zero interceptions in his career so far - that's great ball security for a quarterback who has had his problems throwing the ball.

  18. field goal

Field goal Bucspublished at 19:02 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 20-3 Atlanta Falcons

Atlanta quarterback Matt Ryan tries to hand it off for the run but the ball pops straight out, Antoine Winfield recovers it for the Bucs and runs it into the endzone from 40 yards.

However, the review shows that Winfield was down by contact right after collecting it so is denied a defensive touchdown. The Bucs then settle for a field goal by Ryan Succop.

  19. field goal

Field goal Brownspublished at 19:00 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

    Cleveland Browns 10-0 Pittsburgh Steelers

Cody Parkey kicks a field goal from 23 yards and that elusive play-off spot creeps just that little bit closer for Cleveland. This could still get nervy yet though, this is the Browns we're talking about.

  20. touchdown

Touchdown Vikingspublished at 18:56 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2021

    Detroit Lions 13-14 Minnesota Vikings

Yeah, starting to look like the 'D' have already got their flip-flops on in Detroit.

Kirk Cousins drills one into the chest of Ameer Abdullah for a four-yard touchdown to regain the lead for Minnesota.
