  1. touchdown

Touchdown - Cowboyspublished at 20:26 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

    Carolina Panthers 14-33 Dallas Cowboys

What a night this is turning into for the Cowboys.

Not only are they going to end Carolina's unbeaten record after Cedrick Wilson's touchdown stretches their lead to 19, all three of their NFC East division rivals are losing.

The Cowboys could be two games clear if things stay as they are.

Will Dallas win their division? Thumbs up for yes, thumbs down for no.

  2. touchdown

Touchdown - Saintspublished at 20:23 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

New York Giants 10-21 New Orleans Saints

The New York Giants have zero wins - and zero answers to the Saints' utility quarterback Taysom Hill.

He surges through a gap for his second touchdown of the second half - and it's turning into a happy homecoming for New Orleans after their hurricane-enforced absence.

    Cleveland Browns 11-7 Minnesota Vikings

No score in the third quarter in Minnesota with five straight punts being kicked as defence rules the day and Cleveland remain four points in front.

  4. Turnover for Cowboyspublished at 20:21 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

    Carolina Panthers 14-26 Dallas Cowboys

That's a big moment in Texas.

Carolina go for a fourth-and-short - and make it, only for Sam Darnold to be picked off next throw.

  5. Turnover & field goalpublished at 20:20 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

    Indianapolis Colts 20-3 Miami Dolphins

Rodrigo Blankenship adds another three points for Indianapolis but this is all about Dolphins QB Jacoby Brissett, who will not want to see this play again!

He dances and dives around the pocket, twisting and turning away from defenders but finally has nowhere to go,and as he's pulled down the ball pops out and is recovered by the Colts.

They don't take full advantage but they make it a 17-point lead.

  6. touchdown

Touchdown - Chiefspublished at 20:17 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

Kansas City Chiefs 28-16 Philadelphia Eagles

Tough to see the Eagles coming back from this now.

Kansas City crown an 11-play drive with Darrel Williams powering over from close range and the Chiefs look set to end their losing streak at two.

  7. field goal

Field goal - Coltspublished at 20:14 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

    Indianapolis Colts 17-3 Miami Dolphins

The Colts punt and it's muffed by the Dolphins return man handing the ball back to Indy in terrific position. They can't punch it into the end zone though as two penalties back them up, but they do kick a Rodrigo Blankenship field goal from 34 yards to pad their lead.

  8. field goal

Field goal - Jetspublished at 20:14 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

Tennessee Titans 9-10 New York Jets

This is a not a drill. Repeat, this is not a drill. The New York Jets lead.

Rookie quarterback Zach Wilson has struggled thus far this season but he keeps a Jets drive alive with a huge pass to Keelan Cole on third-and-six.

They still have to settle for a Matt Ammendola field goal but they won't care - they lead!

  9. touchdown

Touchdown - Cowboyspublished at 20:11 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

    Carolina Panthers 14-26 Dallas Cowboys

Are we seeing the end of Carolina's unbeaten start?

Ezekiel Elliott powers down the sideline for the Dallas Cowboys and, seconds later, Dak Prescott floats a pass over for Dalton Schultz to stretch the hosts' lead to 12.

It stays at 12 because Dallas' two-point conversion attempt fails.

  10. touchdown

Touchdown - Lionspublished at 20:09 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

    Detroit Lions 7-21 Chicago Bears

There won't be a shutout at Soldier Field today as Kalif Raymond hauls in a pass from Jared Goff to get the Detroit Lions on the board.

It's been a tough old day for Detroit but they're still not out of this - they'll need the defence to get a stop though.

  11. Sack for Jetspublished at 20:07 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

Tennessee Titans 9-7 New York Jets

The New York Jets' defense is keeping their team in with a chance of a first win of the season.

Quincy Williams blitzes Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill - that's the fifth sack the Jets have landed tonight.

  12. field goal

Field goal - Eaglespublished at 20:04 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

    Kansas City 21-16 Philadelphia Eagles

Quite a passage of play in Philadelphia.

After that Mahomes interception, the Eagles kick a field goal - but the Chiefs were offside. The penalty inches Philadelphia inside the Kansas City five-yard-line so they go for a touchdown instead and take the field goal off the board.

Zach Ertz fights off a tackle to reach over for the touchdown - but it's disallowed due to pass interference from a team-mate.

So the Eagles kick the field goal from a bit further out than the one they kicked a few moments ago. Crazy.

  14. touchdown

Touchdown Bearspublished at 20:00 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

    Detroit Lions 0-21 Chicago Bears

It's all Chicago now as Damien Williams scores their third rushing touchdown of the game to put the Bears in total control. They're over 100 yards rushing as a team but Justin Fields has been pretty effective through the air too.

Fields has thrown a pick, but he's also completed eight of 12 passes for 169 yards - 125 of those yards to his BFF Darnell Mooney.

  15. touchdown

Touchdown - Cowboyspublished at 19:59 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

    Carolina Panthers 14-20 Dallas Cowboys

    Non-stop action now!

What a catch from Amari Cooper as the Dallas wide receiver hauls in a Dak Prescott throw just inside the pylon for a 35-yard touchdown.

  16. Turnover for Eaglespublished at 19:58 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

Kansas City Chiefs 21-13 Philadelphia Eagles

    A lifeline for Philadelphia?

Patrick Mahomes, under real pressure, is intercepted and the Eagles have the ball in prime field position.

  17. touchdown

Touchdown - Falconspublished at 19:57 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

    Washington 19-23 Atlanta Falcons

Who has Cordarrelle Patterson in their fantasy team? Come on, own up.

It's a hat-trick of touchdowns for the Atlanta utility man and this was the pick of them, safely clutching a high Matt Ryan pass under pressure in the corner of the endzone.

Falcons' two-point conversion attempt fails though.

  18. Postpublished at 19:54 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

Carolina, meanwhile, have missed a long-range field goal against Dallas.

The Panthers still lead by one, 14-13, in that one.

  19. field goal

Field goal - Giantspublished at 19:51 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

New York Giants 10-14 New Orleans Saints

The New York Giants are 0-3 because they cannot convert in the redzone - and those troubles are haunting them again.

Kyle Rudolph collects a Daniel Jones pass to put the Giants two yards out but two runs go nowhere and a pass is incomplete so the G-Men have to settle for a Graham Gano field goal.

  20. touchdown

Touchdown - Coltspublished at 19:48 British Summer Time 3 October 2021

    Indianapolis Colts 14-3 Miami Dolphins

Jonathan Taylor gets this drive underway with a powerful run down the left sideline, before Carson Wentz dinks and dunks a few passes and then finds Mo Alie-Cox with the short TD pass to extend Indy's lead.
