  1. Cards flopping againpublished at 21:16 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January 2022

Arizona Cardinals @ Dallas Cowboys (21:25)

The Arizona Cardinals have started fast and faded for the last few years, but it's even more of an issue this season having started out at 7-0 and being the NFL's last undefeated side, they've not lost five of their last eight.

In fact, if they lose again in Dallas they'll be the first team ever to have a 7-0 start yet still lose six games in a season.

At least Arizona know they're definitely in the play-offs, but they will most likely not be winning their division and they need to start showing some form or their post-season run will be a short one.

Arizona QB Kyler Murray will like playing in Dallas today, as he's 8-0 at the stadium from his time in college and even high school, but it'll be tough against Dallas' prolific offence and disruptive defence.

The Cowboys defence has scored a team-record six TDs this season, while Trevon Diggs has picked off 11 interceptions as part of 33 turnovers.

Dallas could become just the sixth team to ever to lead the league in both scoring and turnovers at the end of a season, with three of the last five making the Super Bowl.

The 1971 Cowboys, no less, went managed to do that and went on to lift the Lombardi Trophy - an omen?

  3. FT - Titans take top spotpublished at 21:15 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January 2022

    Miami Dolphins 3-34 Tennessee Titans

Tennessee's easy win over Miami plus Cincinnati's dramatic late victory over Kansas City means the Titans are now the top seed in the AFC with just one game to go.

The Titans and the Chiefs are both 11-5 for the season but Tennessee holds the tiebreaker having beaten KC earlier this season.

Defeat for the Colts also means that Tennessee are AFC South champions.

  4. field goal

Field goal - Bengals win!published at 21:12 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January 2022

Kansas City Chiefs 31-31 Cincinnati Bengals

Phew! That was a wild ending to a wild game, but it ends with Evan McPherson kicking a short 19-yard field goal to give the Bengals the victory and the AFC North title!

Before that we saw Cincy go for it on fourth down on the goal line but seemingly get stopped to throw away their chance of winning, but for a penalty in the end zone to give them a fresh set of downs and effectively the game.

Joe Burrow limped out of the game late on though, so that's something to watch out for.

  6. touchdown

    Touchdown - Bucs win!published at 21:05 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January 2022

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 28-24 New York Jets

Tom Brady does it again, was it ever in doubt? He finds Cyril Grayson with a 33-yard TD pass with just 15 seconds left on the clock to claim a dramatic late victory.

That's a cruel blow for the Jets who played so well but you just can't write off the GOAT.

  7. Full-time - Eagles complete fightbackpublished at 21:05 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January 2022

Philadelphia Eagles 20-16 Washington Football Team

After trailing 16-7 at the half, Philadelphia seal a second-half fightback as Jake Elliott kicks a 41-yard field goal with 2:12 remaining to clinch a big win at NFC East rivals and fellow play-off hopefuls Washington.

The Eagles are now 9-7 and remain in the wildcard spots while Washington's hopes are over at 6-10.

  8. Rams win!published at 21:02 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January 2022

Los Angeles Rams 20-19 Baltimore Ravens

A huge victory for the LA Rams in Baltimore, which will likely end the Ravens' play-off hopes, but for Los Angeles they're still in the hunt for top spot in the NFC.

And if Arizona lose at Dallas later on then the Rams will be crowned NFC West champions.

  9. field goal

Field goal - Raiders win!published at 21:00 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January 2022

Las Vegas Raiders 23-20 Indianapolis Colts

The Las Vegas Raiders, somehow, are still alive in the play-off race as Daniel Carlson boots the field goal as time expires and now Las vegas just need a win next week to claim a highly unlikely spot in the post-season.

    Would you believe it....

  10. Chase makes historypublished at 20:58 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January 2022

Kansas City Chiefs 31-31 Cincinnati Bengals

Ja'Marr Chase yet again makes a huge catch, and that's a rookie record for receiving yards in a single game - EVER in NFL history.

    What a star.

  11. Miller time!published at 0:19 remaining

Los Angeles Rams 21-19 Baltimore Ravens

Von Miller comes up huge with just second remaining as he sacks Tyler Huntley! It's not quite the game as the Ravens clock it so can run one more play.

  12. Two-minute drill for Tampapublished at 20:54 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January 2022

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 20-24 New York Jets

The Jets can't convert on fourth down so now Tom Brady gets the ball back deep in his own half, with no time outs and two minutes left to play.

Never seen him doing anything from here have we?

  13. touchdown

Touchdown - Ramspublished at 1:01 remaining

Los Angeles Rams 20-19 Baltimore Ravens

That's what the big names have been brought in for! Matthew Stafford leads the drive and Odell Beckham Jr makes the set-up catch and then the touchdown score showing great hands and footwork.

The two-point conversion doesn't come off though so the ravens can still win this with a field goal with a minute left.

  14. field goal

Chiefs draw levelpublished at 6:04 remaining

Kansas City Chiefs 31-31 Cincinnati Bengals

Well, we've got the shootout we all wanted but Patrick Mahomes can't find the end zone so Harrison Butker boots the field goal and we're level in Cincy.

Plenty of time left in this one as well.

  15. touchdown

Touchdownspublished at 20:46 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January 2022

Jacksonville Jaguars 10-50 New England Patriots

New England's Rhamondre Stevenson scores a second rushing touchdown to serve Jacksonville a '50 burger' but the Jaguars salvage some pride as Trevor Lawrence dumps it off to Dare Ogunbowale, who keeps going to run in a 28-yard touchdown.

  16. field goal

Field goal - Coltspublished at 1:56 remaining

Las Vegas Raiders 20-20 Indianapolis Colts

We're all tied up at 20-20 at Lucas Oil Stadium with Michael Badgley converting from 41 yards out and now we'll see what Derek Carr can do with a couple of minutes left.

  17. Rams on the movepublished at 20:43 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January 2022

Los Angeles Rams 14-19 Baltimore Ravens

Matthew Stafford is driving the Rams into the red zone as we reach the two-minute warning in Baltimore, with only a touchdown being enough it's four down territory.

There's plenty riding on this game but you just feel it's bigger still for Stafford's own self belief and that of his new team-mates since he was brought in to win the big games.

  18. touchdown

Touchdown - Billspublished at 20:40 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January 2022

    Atlanta Falcons 15-29 Buffalo Bills

After holding off the New England Patriots to win at Foxborough last week, Buffalo have come from behind at the half to sit on the brink of another big victory against Atlanta. They really do look the real deal.

Devin Singletary gets in again - this time from four yards - to cap a 12-play drive lasting more than seven minutes.

  19. touchdown

Touchdown - Bengalspublished at 20:38 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January 2022

Kansas City Chiefs 28-31 Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals lead! They've been 14 points down three times in this game but now a Tyler Boyd touchdown catch puts them in front against the current top seeds in the AFC.

Joe Burrow showing just how you get after this Chiefs defence.
