The microphone is back in Michael Buffer's hand and that can only mean one thing. It is rumble time.

He introduced the Formula 1 drivers last week at the United States Grand Prix and he is at it again tonight in Cardiff.

    "Let's get ready to rumbleeeeeee."

We've seen it all before, but it wouldn't be a big fight without it. And the fans love it.

    Mike Costello
BBC Sport boxing correspondent in Cardiff

I'm interested in Anthony Joshua's creativity and his invention when it comes to breaking Carlos Takam down, in the way that Joseph Parker dominated the fight with Takam without ever looking likely to stop him.

Joshua talks about kicking on and starting a new part of his career post Klitschko.

We will discover tonight if he really is beyond that next level of opponent.

What an atmosphere in Cardiff. The pyrotechnics are working overtime with strobe lights lighting up the stadium. It is a great sight.

And here comes the challenger. Two weeks' ago Carlos Takam could have had very little idea this was going to happen. But fate, and a shoulder injury to Kubrat Pulev, has given him a life-changing opportunity. Can he grab that chance and shock the world?

BBC Sport boxing correspondent in Cardiff

Joe Calzaghe spoke to us earlier this week. He told me of his experience of being in here on a similar night 10 years ago, roof closed.

He said although you are not so much aware of the sound. There is something about the weight of the noise which you do feel is different from any occasion.

You may say Joshua has felt 90,000 at Wembley but Joe says there was no roof and that makes a hell of a difference.
