That was wheel-to-wheel stuff, both drivers got away with it. You may argue that Lando Norris was not aggressive enough through there.

    Lap 57/57

This is it then. Lando Norris tries to pounce on George Russell at the start of the lap but is denied by the defensive of the Mercedes driver. They complete a few more corners but still the McLaren can't make a DRS attack stick. Is Russell going to hold on to this second place? I think he is...

Maybe McLaren are particularly wary with what has happened on the Mercedes of George Russell and are maybe starting to see signs of something similar happening on their own car.

George Russell is in defensive mode now because Lando Norris is in 4K in his mirrors. The McLaren hasn't attacked for second just yet, but Russell is keeping his soft tyres happy for now.

The McLaren of Lando Norris has arrived at the rear wing of the Mercedes of George Russell. Norris is being told about when to use DRS, so it looks like there are some technical issues, as Charles Leclerc also has on issue with his overtaking aid.

The laps are ticking down and Oscar Piastri is comfortably out in front by 10 seconds. Radio messages are flying behind him, the latest one being from Ferrari to tell Charles Leclerc George Russell is under investigation for using DRS when he shouldn't have.

Pierre Gasly is holding off the attack of four-time world champion Max Verstappen for sixth place, as Lando Norris is handed a black and white flag for track limits. No more, his engineer says.

It was on the limit, it could go either way but it's a shame to see that one being decided in the stewards room rather than on the track.

  11. Norris overtakes Leclercpublished at 17:32 British Summer Time 13 April

    Lap 52/53

Lando Norris takes thrd place away from Charles Leclerc! It's probably taken longer than he would've liked but a move around the outside at Turn Four sees the McLaren driver reach the podium places.

Lando Norris has clearly got the quicker car right now but finding a way past [Charles Leclerc] is not proving quite as easy as we thought.

Turns One and Four are Lando Norris' best chances to overtake Charles Leclerc. He's on the red car's tail and their battle goes on but the McLaren still can't land the killer blow.

Oscar Piastri leads, George Russell is second, but he has been told he has a bit of an issue, and Charles Leclerc is staying in the final podium place. Lando Norris is continuing to try his luck from fourth, though.

  15. Fight on between Leclerc and Norrispublished at 17:28 British Summer Time 13 April

The hard tyre is not looking as bad as it certainly looked on Max Verstappen's Red Bull earlier in the race.

The likes of Charles Leclerc, Lewis Hamilton and Pierre Gasly are all doing pretty reasonable lap times in comparison to Lando Norris and Verstappen who are on the medium tyre.
