    The Williams of Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon are up in eighth and ninth - a huge difference from second practice, when they were at the bottom half of the leaderboard.

    Rookie Kimi Antonelli is up in sixth and George Russell has put his Mercedes into the third spot.

    Lewis Hamilton's Ferrari is up in second spot, just three tenths behind the fastest car of Lando Norris.

    Hamilton did have a gearbox issue in yesterday's session but the Ferrari is looking fast.

    Mercedes have left it quite late to set a lap time, understandably, as track temperatures are coming up a little bit more, and they're just waiting for the soft tyres to be at their best.

    Kimi Antonelli was on a fast lap and has a little moment with the gravel, sparks flying off his car.

    Ollie Bearman has been on the radio to tell his team that the McLaren was the car to hold up Charles Leclerc.

    A mix of soft and medium tyres for the drivers out on track. Max Verstappen is the only driver on the hard tyres.

    Franco Colapinto runs wide at Turn Three, Charles Leclerc has also run wide but the drivers are quick to get back on the circuit.

    We have seen that happen a few times in the practice sessions, as well as drivers having a moment with the gravel.

    It has got a lot busier in the pit lane now. Lando Norris is heading out in the McLaren but his team-mate Oscar Piastri is waiting patiently. And similar with Ferrari: Lewis Hamilton has been released already by the team but Charles Leclerc is waiting for his turn. So, a bit more action!

    Lando Norris has made his way onto the circuit in scenic Spielberg and sets the fastest lap, 1:05.412 on the softs for Norris.

    I am pretty sure I've noticed Brighton manager Fabian Hurzeler at the back of the Sauber garage.

    Could Max Verstappen be ready to ditch Red Bull for Mercedes?

    George Russell said in the build-up to the Austrian Grand Prix the Silver Arrows are talking to the four-time world champion about signing him for next season. In response, team boss Toto Wolff spoke to the media in an attempt to calm the situation down.

    He's just been on the radio to give some feedback to his team.

    "Car is a bit nervous getting back on the throttle in Turn Six," he says.

    Fernando Alonso's Aston Martin is the first car to get going at the Red Bull Ring.

    Meanwhile, Lando Norris is sat on top of a counter having a chat to his trainer Jon.

    It's all very cool and calm at the moment.

    It's lovely and warm here, 24C. But if you look up, there is a lot of cloud cover, especially over the circuit. There are some dark clouds but I've checked the weather forecast and there is a zero chance of rain, so hopefully we get a dry final practice session.
