One thousand calories an hour, 364 steps a minute and a ball moving at 170mph. What’s not to like? Little wonder ‘Court Services’ (the technical term for those mopping up sweat) are right busy.
Despite the phenomenal work rate, England’s Nick Matthew says he still feels “guilty” if he has a curry with his mates.
He’s certainly not showing signs of a slack diet. Both he and Nafizwan Adnan just played out a rally which got people physically screaming in this 3,000 seat arena. Both men exposed at the front of the court, smashes, split-second reactions and at the end both are bent over gasping for air.
They are aliens on there. Aliens I tell you.
Matthew needs to get back on this planet quickly. He’s 2-1 down in the best of five. A shock on the cards.
Men's singles quarter-finals
If you're not watching the squash, then you're seriously missing out.
This quarter-final is insane. Adnan regains the lead and is currently 2-1 to the good against three-time world champion Nick Matthew. The Malaysian is playing the match of his life.
Women's all-around final
Here's how the top group looks as they make their way over to the beam.

Sneaked over from the weightlifting to badminton - which is actually just a matter of metres away - where we have the English and Scottish mixed teams in quarter-finals action.
The Glasgow 2014 silver medallists England - who are led out today by Olympic bronze medallists Chris Langridge and Marcus Ellis - are taking on Canada and will be expected to progress with ease.
It’s the best of five ties with men’s and women’s singles as well as doubles to follow.
Scotland’s challenge - led by Adam Hall and Julie Macpherson - is much tougher as they’re facing the reigning champions Malaysia.
Women's all-around final
I always get a bit nervous when the gymnasts dismount from the beam.
They've got such balance and composure. I trip over my own feet at least four times a day.

Dominic West, we have an answer for you.
They are split into two only because it means you can serve from either side alternatively.

Women's 63kg final
England's Zoe Smith, who won silver in the women's 63kg: "I've had maybe the worst competition prep of my life.
"I came back from shoulder surgery in 2015 and set my best total in November to qualify to come here, then in my preparation was going really well until about three weeks ago when I had another back injury flare up.
"I've not trained for three weeks. I got here and didn't even know if I'd be on the platform two hours ago, I rested for about five days and literally not touched a bar so it has been literally manic.
"Today we just went pedal to the metal and just smashed it, so I'm over the moon. I just didn't expect to be on that podium."

MCGee: There is an annual garlic festival on the Isle of Wight. As well as bread there is garlic ice cream, beer and fudge. Good times, well worth it.
I feel garlic ice cream may be a step too far...
Women's all-around final
There's some technicians adjusting the height of the bars so Australia's Georgia-Rose Brown, who is quite a bit taller than some of the athletes, can warm-up.
They're being watched by some eagle-eyed coaches, which I imagine is quite unnerving.
Here's how things look at the minute:
Men's group matches
Double disappointment for the home nations in the men's hockey.
Scotland slipped to a 1-0 loss to Canada...
While Wales went down 3-0 to Malaysia.
Men's singles quarter-finals
Nick Matthew has levelled proceedings in his men's singles quarter-final.
He started the game very strongly before his opponent clawed his way back, but the Englishman was able to hold on to win the second game 11-6.
Game on.
England v India (8:30)
England's men are about to take on India, with both sides seeking a first win in Group B following opening defeats.
England lost 78-65 to Scotland, while India lost 96-87 to Cameroon.
A win is key if England are to finish inside the top two, which would earn a place in the next round against the third/fourth place finisher in Group A, which contains leading sides Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Nigeria.
Garlic bread festival? How has such a magnificent event not yet made it to British shores?

Australia's Kyle Chalmers is the front page splash on this morning's Courier Mail after his gold in the 200m freestyle last night propelled the host nation back to the top of the medal tree.
However, there is concern locally in the Gold Coast that the expected tourism boom has not yet accompanied the Games.
Three pages later, the Courier Mail previews "Brisbane's first-ever garlic bread festival" taking place this weekend.
Come on guys, join the dots.

Dominic West: Up early to watch the squash in peace while the family sleep, fantastic match from @jameswillstrop & @campilley . Excellent commentary from @joeybarrington as normal. Question - is the service box split because of doubles?
Interesting question, Dominic. Anyone know the answer?
There's plenty of action still to come on day three.

England’s Nick Matthew is on court and he's having a go at the official. There’s anger in the air, so much so that these two have burst the ball. It lasted 12 points. They’ll need to warm another up now.
Matthew is going for a third straight singles title at the Commonwealth Games. He’s 12 in the world, around 20 places above opponent Nafizwan Adnan from Malaysia but it’s the underdog who takes game one. Best of five remember.
Men's singles quarter-finals
Well this isn't what we were expecting.
The pressure is on England's top seed Nick Matthew now as he falls a game behind to Nafiizwan Adnan, the Malaysian winning 11-7.
