Can she inspire Wales to beat their Celtic neighbours on day three of the Commonwealth Games?

Both sides are looking for their first win of these Games - Scotland lost 74-28 to England, and Wales went down 70-44 to New Zealand.

    You can watch it here.

    Bakers

James, Mark and Rebecca Baker have made the trip from Risca, south Wales, for the Games and were heartened by their team's efforts in defeat by New Zealand yesterday.

Wales outscored the Silver Ferns 13-9 in the second quarter, the first time they have managed to win even that small slice of a match against the world number twos.

In the opposing corner are Jennifer, Geraldine, Toni and Robert from Glasgow.

They were at the Commonwealths in their home city four year ago. Who is the better host so far?

Diplomatically they refuse to be drawn. "The weather is pretty much like home," says Geraldine as the heavens open behind her.

    Touché.

Being asked to cover the track cycling at a major Games is always nice - especially when Wales are guaranteed to win a medal.

Para-cyclist James Ball already has a silver to his name in the men's blind and visually impaired time trial. Tonight, he and guide Pete Mitchell are in the final of the sprint.

Winning gold will be tough, though. They're up against Scotland's Neil Fachie and guide Matt Rotherham - who set a world record in qualifying.
