    Men's 100m relay final

England took gold in both 4x100m relays a litle earlier on, in style too.

Here's the thoughts of anchor Harry Aikines-Aryeetey:

"What can I say? We're so proud to represent our nation. This is what we're about, we've been cheering for our team-mates and our team-mates have been cheering for us. No-one understands that this sport may be small to some, but it is massive to us. For the people who came out and supported us, thank you.

“I felt it was impossible at times but we just had to keep believing in ourselves,” she said.

Mentor said the team would celebrate the “massive achievement” of making the gold medal match for the first time but will wake up “meaning business and with our game plan ready.”
