Women's 4x400m final
England and Scotland have quartets out in the women's 4x4 - up next on the track.
Great Britain won silver at the 2017 World Championships, but that team has been fractured by Commonwealth loyalties. Emily Diamond will represent England, while Zoey Clark and Eilidh Doyle will run for Scotland. Doyle also won Olympic bronze in this event in 2016, alongside Diamond and Anyika Onuora but the split at Commonwealth level has tended to favour England.

If you are writing fairytales, that is one right there.
This is breaking history and breaking the Australian and New Zealand dominance.
You can't write it!
What amazing mental strength. That is absolutely amazing.
Look at the England Roses' faces in comparison to the Jamaican faces.
They have got rid of those demons from Glasgow.
Men's trap shooting
Wales' Michael Wixey has won gold in the men's trap final with a score of 46. He finished three shots ahead of England's Aaron Heading (43) while Malta's Brian Galea took the bronze.
Ed Ling, who won a bronze medal at Rio 2016, finished in fourth place.
Men's triple jump
Seventh in Rio, Troy Doris has the Commonwealth title after a best jump of 16.88m.
His margin of victory over Yordanys Garcia is just two centimetres. Just over the diameter of a paracetamol. Harsh.
Bonze goes to Marcel Mayack of Cameroon.
Road cycling
Another tremendous sprint for the line on the Gold Coast sees Australia claim both the men's and women's road race titles.
But a decent day for the Welsh too with Jon Mould's silver adding to the bronze won by Dani Rowe a little earlier.
Mould was leading into the final 50m but Von Hoff timed his sprint to perfection to win by a bike length.

ENGLAND WIN.
THEY MAKE HISTORY AND WILL PLAY IN THEIR FIRST COMMONWEALTH GAMES FINAL.
Helen Housby misses, but Jo Harten makes no mistake and England win by one goal.
Road cycling
England's Tom Stewart makes a bold bid for gold. It lasts a few pedal revolutions before Cameron Meyer gobbles him up.
New Zealand's James Oram also makes it across and here comes Luke Rowe. Meyer spots Rowe and sets off like a startled hare. He knows Rowe will outsprint him in a drag race to the finish so is keen to distance him. Rowe can't match that pace and is caught in no-man's land.
But the race is coming back together as we hit this final climb with 2km remaining.

Everything is on the line now.
England are back in the lead and this is about breaking the centre passes.
That's a desperate ball from Jamaica. They are feeling the pressure.

Men's triple jump
The men's triple jump final is into the final stages and we're not quite in Jonathan Edwards territory but that's a good jump by the magnificently-named Troy Doris of Guyana.
He soars into the lead with a season's best of 16.88m.
Nathan Douglas of England is fifth - about 50cm shy of a medal at the moment.
England 50-50 Jamaica
ENGLAND ARE LEVEL. Tracey Neville's side were six goals down at half-time but they've got back to 50-50 with just over five minutes to play.
If you're just waking up, there's still time to watch one of the most exciting netball matches you'll ever see!!
Helen Housby steps up and England have taken the lead. And breathe.
Men's 1,500
Steve Cram
Commentator on the Gold Coast
That was a superb last lap from Scotland's Jake Wightman and that is a great bronze medal for him. He's almost got himself a silver medal on the back of that but he could not quite catch Timothy Cheruiyot.
Men's 1500m
Charles Da'vall Grice of England was fourth, with Chris O'Hare of Scotland in eighth.
Road cycling
Wales' Luke Rowe follows an attack by Australia's Cameron Meyer and they quickly close in on Jack Bauer and scoot straight past him.
Rowe continues the attack and goes a couple of seconds clear but with no helpers, it's a forlorn effort and he's brought back and the leading group are back together again.
There is another hill to get over about 2km from the finish, which could prove decisive.
England's Ian Bibby is also in this leading pack - Chris Boardman on commentary says he will have to attack soon because he won't fare well in a sprint.
7km remaining.
Men's 1500m
Bronze for Scotland and Jake Wightman after a belting last lap saw him reel in Kumari Taki!
