Thank you Stephan. Here at BBC Sport Towers the office has been resonating to the sound of groans and gasps as the football season run-in takes more twists and turns than a liquorice factory, but this Test match appears to moving swiftly in one direction only.

Yes, after four tough and at times topsy-turvy days, an England victory looks practically inevitable. Can anyone, or anything, stop their charge towards a first away Test win since 2012? We shall see...

The Independent's Stephen Brenkley: "I wish Jonathan Trott really well in his new role, but my feeling is that England probably got him wrong by recalling him in that role. I don't think that innings really told us anything we didn't know - and of course he got out when he was set."

Former England all-rounder Andrew Flintoff on Twitter:, external Having played under Peter Moores I have faith in him. Rather than Geoffrey Boycott just attacking Moores [he should] meet him tell him face to face, [he] might have a different opinion after. I'd like to see more ex-players put their necks out and help the England team rather than take cheap swipes in the press.

The Independent's Stephen Brenkley: "Ben Stokes had given Marlon Samuels an absolute volley of abuse throughout his innings, and I thought Marlon responded wonderfully. I know one writer thought it was cowardly, but I thought it was absolutely superb - most amusing and a fine example of the art of sledging."

The Sun's John Etheridge: "The Samuels salute made most people chuckle. A few thought it was insulting. I found it amusing. Perhaps England could have come up with something in reply. I'd rather that than follow-mouthed abuse."

The Mirror's Dean Wilson: "I would have liked to see Rashid play. I don't subscribe to the opinion that he was appalling in St Kitts - and if you pick a bowler on tour, you're not selecting him on the basis of one warm-up game. I think England could do with a bit of variety. Monty Panesar and Steven Finn are both capable of taking wickets at Test level - if they'd continued on their journeys, they'd have been two of the key bowlers of their generation."

Barry Webster: If anyone bumps into Mr Anderson during lunch, could you ask him to pick six numbers between 1 and 49 and then me know them.

The Sun's John Etheridge: "I've got no real issues with the team selection. Plunkett was ahead of Jordan during the summer but got injured. I wouldn't be entirely surprised if Adil Rashid gets a go in Barbados."

On the outfield, the cones are out and those members of the England squad that aren't in this XI are being put through some fielding drills. I think I've counted 23 of them.

The Independent's Stephen Brenkley: "I think we all had it down as a draw when we came to the ground today. It was going to take not only the new ball but a piece of inspiration - and that was truly classical new-ball bowling from Anderson."

Ex-England batsman on BBC Test Match Special

"England were aggressive, and the new ball with its hard seam was digging into the surface and getting a bit of lift - and that was what was playing on the West Indian batsmen's minds. And after that it was like a rolling stone - you're not going to stop it. The batsmen have been sucked into playing some bad shots."

Could anyone have predicted that? James Anderson has single-handedly inspired England towards victory, with a hand in all six wickets. His spell with the second new ball was quite brilliant and worth three victims, to which he has added two catches and a brilliant run-out. There are only two more Windian wickets between England and a runchase.

Moeen in the sunshine, just a slip and a short leg for Ramdin. In fact, England have the field well spread in the hope the skipper will take a single. Is that a drop? It is you know. Cut shot, in and out of Jos Buttler's gloves. Hard chance, but the keeper will expect to take those. It's probably the only thing that hasn't gone England's way in a remarkable morning session. They have taken six wickets to be well on the way to winning this match. West Indies lunch on 286-8.
