Rachel T: Rhubarb is red, England play in blue. If we don't get these two out, we'll have so much to rue.

    SA 109-3

A huge roar greets the single down to third man which brings up a 49th ODI half-century for AB de Villiers. Legend.

    Shaun Pollock
Ex-South Africa captain on BBC Test Match Special

"I don't get the feeling that Rashid is going to put these two under pressure. They are picking him pretty well."

  5. SA 108-3 (target 237)published at 22 overs

A strange shot by Hashim Amla, who scoops Adil Rashid's half-tracker into the air and it lands safely at mid-wicket. You don't expect that from Amla, who usually does a risk assessment before each and every daring shot.

  6. Women's ODI: SA v Englandpublished at 13:52 Greenwich Mean Time 14 February 2016

    Eng 130-4 (30 overs) - target 197

Heather Knight (35) and Georgia Elwiss (27) have compiled a steady partnership for the fifth wicket - England need 67 from the last 120 deliveries.

Ex-England spinner on BBC Test Match Special

"I like the fact that Morgan has brought Broad back. He's as vulnerable as anybody bowling at the death but he's also someone who has a golden spell in him and can make things happen.

"Broad likes a challenge, it doesn't always work, but he's always up for it."

  8. SA 98-3 (Amla 38, De Villiers 47)published at 21 overs

Stuart Broad returns to the attack to try and get rid of his Test bunny, AB de Villiers. The Proteas skipper responds by walking at the bowler and smashing him into the leg side to the boundary sweeper. Both men smile. They're ready for a battle.

AB runs down the track again and is hit on the forearm by a bumper. That'll bruise.

"England have to find a wicket from somewhere. It doesn't matter how - they managed to run De Villiers out at the Wanderers with a brilliant bit of fielding from Woakes."

What's the best cricket news in years, according to former England captain Michael Vaughan?

It's West Indies winning the Under-19 World Cup.

Keacy Creacy was named man of the match for his unbeaten 52 - could he be the next big name to look out for in West Indies cricket?

Or will it be one of the pace trio of Alzarri Joseph, Ryan John and Chemar Holder?

  11. SA 95-3 (target 237)published at 20 overs

If AB is brutal, Hashim Amla is beautiful.

Another cover drive brings another four. This time Amla times the pants off the ball which rolls half naked over the boundary rope.

"South Africa just have to bat. Sensibly, carefully, but with a slight positive intent."

  13. SA 89-3 (Stokes 3-0-27-0)published at 19 overs

AB de Villiers has been majestic through the off side today. Twice Ben Stokes floats the ball up, and twice the skipper hammers thunderous fours. Fetch.

"Geoffrey is in the next box with his wife, Rachel. Who do you think wears the trousers in that relationship?"

Vic Marks: "I'm here to summarise on the cricket, I'm not going there."

  15. SA 80-3 (target 237)published at 18 overs

England have spread the field for Adil Rashid. I don't get it... surely they will only win by taking wickets? Giving the batsmen ones and twos aplenty won't earn them the end-of-series trophy? Seven from the over.

  17. SA 73-3 (De Villiers 32 off 28)published at 17 overs

Now, I'm used to companies hijacking different days in the calendar to push their wares on you but I've had a cracker today - inviting me to switch my energy provider this Valentine's Day. "It’s easy to make a clean break and move on," the email reads.

Who wakes up on Valentine's Day and thinks they need to change their gas provider?

Anyway, back to the cricket, these two are batting their team out of a hole. AB de Villiers is hitting the ball incredibly hard through the off side - only being denied a four by Moeen Ali's smart pick-up and dive. The very next ball is put wider of Moeen and brings a boundary.

Steve: The last thing I want to do is tempt fate, and he's undoubtedly a once in a lifetime talent, but isn't it about time people start to mention ABDV's pretty awful form this winter, instead of heaping on wave after wave of praise?

    Drinks breakpublished at 16 overs

England turn to Adil Rashid, who has four wickets at 42 in this series, and it's a steady over to begin with. Not much turn, mind. Time for drinks.
