"England have now got two weeks to hit the gym, hit the nets and will want to turn things around. If you drop Meg Lanning and the other Australian women, you'll be punished. However, today was the best all round we've seen England in this series."
England captain Charlotte Edwards: "I'm really pleased - firstly to win the series, and the way we batted.
"Full credit to to South Africa - they really pushed us. We've got some areas to work on - as a collective we haven't bowled or fielded well enough. But overall I'm really happy .
"Sarah Taylor was fantastic - she always has been. Hopefully she's saved some runs for the World Twenty20 in India."
South Africa captain Mignon du Preez: "Unfortunately we were on the back foot early on today. We did well to recover but we couldn't get over the line. England played brilliantly. We're in a good space - it's been a very good, competitive series."
Player of the series Sarah Taylor: "In the last two one-dayers I wasn't happy with how I performed, so today it's good to be able to contribute. We've had fantastic pitches, and South Africa have made it difficult for us."

England's Anya Shrubsole, who took 2-28, on Sky Sports: "We didn't field as well as we would have liked. But it was a beautiful batting track - we kept them below par with the bat. Ultimately we've won the game and that's the most important thing.
"Taylor is an unbelievable player. She's hit a purple patch and we hope she hasn't used up all her runs before we go to India."

"South Africa should be proud of what they've achieved - they've outplayed England at times and are building a really exciting future for the squad.
"Lizelle Lee is powerful - when she hits that ball it stays hit. South Africa should feel there is excitement from her."
England win by four wickets
So, England get over the line pretty comfortably in the end, despite some rather odd jitters towards the end of the innings.
In the end, South Africa never really recovered from being reduced to 6-3 by Anya Shrubsole and Tash Farrant. Lizelle Lee and Mignon du Preez did really well to get the hosts up to 131-4, but that total was still a little below-par and so England made it look.
Amy Jones got England off to a rollicking start before the brilliant Sarah Taylor took over with 60 off 40 balls to guide England to the brink of victory.

"Sarah Taylor, with the form she has been in, has been at her best today. England are starting to get it right and will be looking particularly at their batting thinking that they have solved the issues. Clinical with plenty of time to spare."

"I'm loving the celebrations - full-on screams. She has bowled with real pace and aggression."
Wyatt b Ismail 0 (Eng 120-6)
Hmm. I'm not sure about Ian Salisbury's aggressive brand. Wyatt aims a big hoick at Ismail and once again the stumps are clattered. Ismail gives her another comical send-off. I'm enjoying them now. She's won me over.

"It was a good delivery - it was tailing in and Nat Sciver gave herself room. Ismail must be in danger with another send-off."
Sciver b Ismail 1 (Eng 120-5)
Well well. Sciver charges at a straight one from Ismail, misses it, and the off stump is pinged back. Ismail celebrates with a little wave to the departing batter. The stadium DJ plays 'Rude' by Magic. Make of that what you will.
