Just something for you to muse on. England have played 27 games in the World T20, winning only 11. Five of those wins were in the successful campaign of 2010. Outside of that tournament, they have won six from 20.

Francis Edwards: One thing I would love to know is England's toss success rate in 2015-2016 in all formats. Can't be above 20%.

So, what to make of that? England to bat first, which means their inexperienced bowling will have to defend a total. Morgan's men to come out on top, or the Windies to win the day. And, in the tournament as a whole, how will England perform. 2010, or 2014? Somewhere in between?

Team news for England is that David Willey plays, while Liam Plunkett misses out. Other than that, England are as we expected.

West Indies captain Darren Sammy: "We're going to have a bowl, the wicket has a bit of grass and we want to exploit the conditions. We've had four games in Dubai and two in Kolkata, so the men are ready. We've left out Jason Holder, Evin Lewis, Andre Fletcher and Ashley Nurse."

Morgan's first mistake is calling heads when the coin comes down tails. Very big cheer in Mumbai - more Windian fans than English? Darren Sammy wants to field first and Eoin Morgan says he would have done the same. The deck looks a little green.
