  • Windies will face Australia in Sunday's final

  • Refresh to watch in-play highlights

  • Stafanie Taylor 3-26 for West Indies

  • Britney Cooper made 61 earlier

  1. NZ 32-1 (target 144)published at 4 overs

Sophie Devine looks in some touch. The fact she's batting in a cap adds to her swagger. Twice she drives Dottin square of the wicket for four.

I've just heard that Ronnie Corbett has died. Absolutely gutted. Bowie, Lemmy, Wogan, now Corbett. 2016 has been a bad year.

"These two are the key batters who could take this game deep for New Zealand."

  3. NZ 21-1published at 3 overs

It was some send off from Connell, who blew Priest a kiss as she departed. I'm struggling to think of a more ugly shot from either the men or women in this World T20. Sophie Devine is the new batter, immediately slapping over point, then edging for back-to-back boundaries.

"Horrible shot from Rachel Priest. It has been really good stuff from Connell."

    Priest b Connell 6 (NZ 11-1)

Bowled her! A horrible mow from Rachel Priest sees her lose off stump to Shamilia Connell. A big early wicket for the Windies, who are busting out some impressive moves to celebrate.

"This is a big game for West Indies. They have got to semi-finals in T20 but never got over the line. This would be a massive win for them."

  7. NZ 11-0 (target 144)published at 2 overs

Deandra Dottin's medium pace shares the new ball, gaining a wild swing-and-miss from Priest. That's only missed the off stump by a coat of varnish. I tell you what, it looks absolutely belting in Mumbai today. The Wankhede is so impressive, all the better bathed in sunshine. Too straight from Dottin. A couple of wides and a single to Priest.

"You just feel Suzie Bates is the wicket for the West Indies. If they were to get her, how much pressure New Zealand would be under."

  9. NZ 7-0 (target 144)published at 1 over

Connell bangs it into the track - is that wise on such a good deck? Priest, blonde hair poking from beneath her helmet, steps back and whacks down the ground for four.

Skipper Suzie Bates on strike, Rachel Priest at the other end. Fireworks signal the first ball, to be bowled be the pacy Shamilia Connell.

Beautiful sunshine out there. The TV cameras have just panned outside the ground, looking on to Marine Drive and the sea, which is a Chris Gayle six outside the Wankhede. The players are heading out into the heat. The Windies in maroon, New Zealand in Bret Hart's pink and black.

To me, 143 seems like a bit score. But, if it can be chased anywhere, it will be the Wankhede in Mumbai.

Thanks, James. What have I missed? Is there something I can watch to fill me in?

Right, that's it from me (for now) - Stephan Shemilt has replaced me in the hotseat. He will guide you through what promises to be an exhilarating chase...

Britney Cooper on Sky Sports: "I think we need to not give the batters any room. The outfield is very fast and big, you can pick up twos and threes. We have one of best bowling attacks in the tournament so we know we can defend."

Have you got enough? Cooper is asked...

    "Yes."

"I think West Indies have got a good total on the board.

"I think on this wicket, that is chaseable. It is just above par but chaseable with the experience that New Zealand have got."

  19. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 20 overs

Campbelle run out (Perkins) 0 (WI 143-6)

Shermaine Campbelle is run out off the final ball, and that's a pretty good finish by New Zealand, four wickets and just one boundary in the last three overs. Nonetheless, West Indies will be pretty happy with that total. Game on!
