Just over three months ago, Carlos Brathwaite obliterated England's hopes of winning the World Twenty20 with some of the most explosive final-over hitting ever seen.

Four successive sixes from the first four balls of Ben Stokes' last over went sailing into the stand to seal the title for West Indies in Kolkata.

However, dust has settled, wounds have been licked and wider context considered. Reaching the final was an amazing achievement in itself, built on a remarkable attacking revolution in limited overs cricket by England.

Tonight, they continue their journey and plant the first boot en route to the 2018 World T20.
