14:38 BST 27 August 2016If the sentence "I'm not hurting my average for your single, mate" ever came to life, it would look something like what Imad Wasim, unbeaten on 63, did in the final over. Last man Mohammad Amir, poor lad, tries his hardest to heave-ho off the penultimate delivery, he can't quite connect but still attempts a brave single. Comedy mix-up follows to leave Pakistan all out for 251.

14:36 BST 27 August 2016And then the catch that deserves its own "Oh-My-" memes a la Broad. Liam Plunkett emulates Ben Stokes 2015 and Andrew Strauss 2005 combined to help remove Wahab Riaz. Out of the top drawer from the highest-placed wardrobe in all the land.

14:32 BST 27 August 2016As Pakistan began losing wickets in a rush, a huge moment of concern for England came when Joe Root collided with Adil Rashid in trying to catch Hasan Ali. The Yorkshiremen clearly didn't spot each other when running in from opposite ends, but all was well in the end as both walked away without any harm.

14:29 BST 27 August 2016Sarfraz then began Pakistan's most profitable partnership, with the Swansea-born Imad Wasim. 77 it yielded, as Sarfraz got to his second ODI hundred with a four and celebrated like mad. Shortly after though, he was gone trying to slog. But his innings saved Pakistan's collective hide.

14:27 BST 27 August 2016Pakistan were almost destined to not have a 100-run partnership, even if Sarfraz and Shoaib Malik put on a vital 59 together. Mark Wood ended that by removing Malik.

14:26 BST 27 August 2016Sarfraz flew the flag high for wicketkeeper-batsmen all round the world, yes even you Nayan Mongia. The right-hander came in with Pakistan on 2-3 and crafted a near-chanceless half-century. Even helping to recover when Babar Azam departed for 30.

14:19 BST 27 August 2016Was there a better sight for England fans when the game started today? Mark Wood's delivery was not just a peach, it was an entire fruit bowl. Sharjeel's stumps were left in a mess and England were celebrating their second success of the morning. Chris Woakes struck later to reduce Pakistan to 2-3.

14:16 BST 27 August 2016Phew! What an end to the innings. And to think the middle overs were sending us into a collective stupor. I still managed to fret about my family bills, but that's not the point.
Sit back, have a drink, draw a T-Rex on a skateboard and send it to me, and most importantly.. relax. Highlights and reaction follows.

Ex-England spinner on BBC Test Match SpecialI think Pakistan will be happy where they ended up after their horror start. You'd expect one guy will get going and England will walk this. It was a very professional display from England. Their fielding has been superb.

49.5 oversAmir run out (Woakes) 6 (Pak 51 all out)
Oooh! Very nearly a fourth wicket for Woakes as Amir flicks the ball over the inner circle and just over a jumping Moeen Ali for four.
But all is not lost, as Amir's next big shot can only drop lovingly for Woakes, and non-striker Imad was running no matter what. The result, Amir had to take one for the team. End of innings, England need 252 to win.

Well, that's the end of Wood's 10 overs. Crowd give him a massive round of applause and he celebrates by pulling on a sweater that says Woakes on the back.
As you do.

Ex-England spinner on BBC Test Match SpecialGood slower ball from Mark Wood. The tailender thinks it is a bouncer form the field setting and when it comes he takes a big hoik and sends it spinning up.

14:00 BST 27 August 2016Yasir c Roy b Wood 0 (Pak 238-9)
Gone. Much less dramatic than Wahab's dismissal, but no less exciting for England. Yasir Shah gets down low to Wood and swings. The ball loops up a thousand miles before nestling in Jason Roy's reverse-cupped hands at mid-off. Simple.

Ex-England spinner on BBC Test Match SpecialOh my word. You won't see many better catches than this, especially from a big bowler. He stretched and took it one-handed right in the mitt. It is an absolute stunner.

13:57 BST 27 August 2016Wahab c Plunkett b Woakes 6 (Pak 236-8)
Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No it's Liam Plunkett! The man takes an absolute worldie at mid-off, as Wahab's wild swing sends it looping. Plunkett takes two steps to his left before taking off and holding on with one hand. If that doesn't wake the crowd up, nothing will.

13:56 BST 27 August 2016If you gave Wahab a sword instead of a cricket bat, he'd probably make a mess of a watermelon. Against Woakes, the Pakistan tailender swings wildly outside off and it turns out to be a superb drive for four. Imad then shuffles across his stumps to try the ramp shot but takes one on his right knee! He's taken the pad off and gets some attention from the physio. He continues but looks in pain.
