Michael Clarke continues to divide opinion down under. The former Australia captain, who has released a book detailing some of his high-profile fall-outs during his playing career, has been criticised by former team-mate Simon Katich.
Asked by ABC if the two were now friends, Katich said:, external “I think that’s a bit of a stretch to say that we’re mates.
“It’s (our relationship has) been non-existent, so to suggest that we’re mates now after everything that has happened is a bit (of) a stretch of the imagination.”
Don't wait for a Christmas card, Pup!

Cheers Jamie. What a final session we've got on our hands here. It is the Test match that keeps on giving.
We'll be restarting play very shortly. But first, this...
As it has for much of the contest, this match remains tantalisingly poised. It's time to hand, perhaps for the denouement, to the unflappable Phil Dawkes. If we could have a result today though please Phil, I've got plans for tomorrow.

Ty Kropp: Think England will win, but spinners way too expensive for sub continent conditions. Drubbing looming in India.
Mark Saville: Just keep remembering that Bangladesh lost 5-not much in the first innings.
Sagar Singha: Never knew Chittagong was that turning. What a game of Test cricket!
Ban 179-5
So, in that afternoon session we saw Bangladesh add 93 runs in 28 overs for the loss of three wickets. A repeat of that in the final session would make for agonising viewing - a situation of 14 runs required with two wickets remaining - but we can of course claim an extra half an hour if a result is imminent.

My money is just still on England but it is tight. These two, in 45 minutes together, have got that pendulum fluctuating again. It is a fantastic game of cricket because we still don't know who is going to win.
If you got an amalgam of all of England's spinners you'd get a couple of very good ones, but they all have their weaknesses.
Ban 179-5 (target 286) (Sabbir 25, Mushfiqur 22)
Sabbir gets a bottom edge into the shins of a jumping Bairstow up to the stumps but not a genuine chance, they scamper a single and that will be tea. England looking rather pensive as they make their way back to the pavilion. Just 107 more for Bangladesh to make. Grab a cup of the restorative and relax for 20 minutes..

This game is back in the boiling pot now after a flurry of runs. Sabbir causing them lots of problems. The numbers and volume have gone up in the crowd. Alastair Cook is in a contemplative mood.
Target 286
A group of young, slim of hip Bangladesh supporters eschew their shirts and wave them jubilantly above their heads. Luckily the small contingent of middle-aged England followers do not follow suit. They are more concerned by the prospect of losing to Bangladesh for the first time. Broad, with just one slip in place, is not looking particularly menacing but he keeps Sabbir at bay this time.

Has England ever won a Test match by one run?
John Clarke, Tring
Sabbir 24, Mushfiqur 19
Superb counter-attacking from Sabbir, stepping down to Moeen and launching him over long-off for six, before pulling a terrible delivery down the leg-side for four more. The requirement is racing down in sight of double figures.
Target 286
Bounce and some movement into the bat from Broad, who is up at 86mph but the batsmen look comfortable, Mushfiqur resolute in defence and determined to see it through.
The wicketkeeper was way back behind the stumps to the paceman but rolled the ball into the timbers as Sabbir was out of his ground, but the bat was safely back down in time.
No great excitement from England but the umpires have asked for a review for an unusual stumping off Broad.

This is where it becomes obvious that spinning the ball away from the bat on this surface is far more dangerous.
Target 286
The dangerous debutant delights the delirious fans, Sabbir stepping menacingly down the pitch and hoisting Moeen over mid-wicket for the maximum.

Will Hinch: Credit to Bairstow. Many waiting for a keeping error or loss of batting form to get Buttler in the side. Neither have come.
Nick B: Funny seeing Broad 44 overs into innings having bowled only one over.
Mushfiqur 17, Sabbir 3
The lesser-spotted Stuart Broad is back after just the one over earlier and only eight in the first innings. He gets one to move into the right-handed Sabbir and an inside edge goes past the stumps to fine-leg. Double frustration for the bowler as they come back for two runs.
