That could have caused serious injury.
This could have been very nasty. Ball belted back at, erm, Ball, probably would have taken him on the bonce if he'd not got a hand up. The right wrist is sore, but it could have been much worse. Give the bowlers helmets...
England are trying yorkers, they just aren't very good at them. Ball to Pandya, full toss taken to long-off for four.

Some seriously relentless batting from MS Dhoni towards the end of his innings. He earned the right to do that by taking his time to start with.
Dhoni c Willey b Plunkett 128 (Ind 358-6)
All over. Obviously it's a Liam Plunkett full toss, but MS Dhoni this time finds David Willey on the mid-wicket rope. The end of the second incredible knock we've seen today. 21 runs and a wicket from the over. Like losing a £50 note and finding a pound coin.
He's taking the mickey now. A one-handed, lofted extra-cover drive for another six.

MS Dhoni has played a very mature and experienced innings. England just don't know where to bowl at this stage.
Long hop this time. Pulled for six by Dhoni. 350 up. I'm not having it that England will chase these.
Seriously, why has Willey only bowled five overs? They went for 6.40. All of Ball, Plunkett and Stokes have gone for more than 7.50.
Incredible from Dhoni, awful from Plunkett. Leg-stump full toss, helped over square leg for a maximum.

If India get 40 runs from these last three overs, they will probably feel they are safe. If India get 20, England will probably feel they can chase it.
Looking again, Stokes actually got it on the side of the face, his cheek wobbling like a boxer taking a jab. 14 from the over. Have a blow, Jake. Why has David Willey only bowled five overs?

He is ticking now, Ben Stokes.
I'll tell it how I've seen it. Jake Ball has bowled a bag of nails today. Hardik Pandya, facing his first ball, hits a full toss for four, then a long-hop is pulled for six over a leaping Ben Stokes. Stokes, already ticking, is then hit on the back of the head as the ball is gently lobbed back.

At this stage, when the batsmen are playing so well, a yorker or a low full toss is probably the best option. Percentage-wise, it's probably the hardest one to hit.
Jadhav c Ball b Plunkett 22 (Ind 323-5)
You know a fielding team are struggling when they barely celebrate a wicket. Kedar Jadhav somehow cloths a Liam Plunkett full toss to Jake Ball, who holds on at mid-wicket. 22 off 10 balls for Jadhav.
It's a fair concern Mike, but possibly just out of reach. Possibly. Good lord, this is an incredible stroke by Kedar Jadhav, a high-elbow loft of Liam Plunkett dead straight for six. He holds the pose like a man being painted and follows up with a ramp over non-existent slips for four. Outstanding.

Mike, Halifax: Is it only me that's worried about 400?
Stokes 9-0-79-0
Dhoni Danger Time now, especially if you're an umpire. A Stokes half-volley is pummeled back down the ground for four. England are getting a touch ragged. An overthrow, a missed dive in the field. It's quite dark, the lights haven't properly taken effect. The innings should have been completed by now, but we're still five overs short.
