The Test Match Special team are setting up in their customary hotel room at the Ageas Bowl...

...but the bed's been taken away. Where is Tuffers going to grab a quick kip?

Though apparently he has recently been away on a fitness holiday in the Caribbean. The mind boggles.

Anyway, you can hear more about the new-look Phil Tufnell and the team's predictions for the match over on the TMS Facebook page,, external where they were live earlier.

There was welcome news for England yesterday when all-rounder Ben Stokes was passed fit to play.

He limped off with a knee injury after bowling only two overs in the first ODI - but after an assessment, he's available to bowl today.

I mean, look at him, playing football with his banged-up knee. He's clearly fine. Or a bit daft. Or both.

England captain Eoin Morgan says he would've had a bowl as well but thinks his side are happy setting a target too.

There's one change for the hosts - Chris Woakes is out with a niggle and Jake Ball comes in, as David Willey misses out.

South Africa makes three changes - Keshav Maharaj makes his ODI, while Farhaan Berhadien and Dwaine Pretorius are also in.

Imran Tahir, Wayne Parnell and JP Duminy drop out.

It's a bit grey overhead in Southampton so AB de Villiers is going to have a bowl to try and nip out the England top order cheaply.

Alright. Trust you're all well on this Saturday morning - anyone for cricket?

England can seal the series against South Africa with victory at the Ageas Bowl today.

It was an impressive win last time out, led by captain Eoin Morgan's sparkling century.

Another victory (or two) over the world number one Proteas would be a fine way for England to enter the Champions Trophy.

    Can they do it?
