  1. WI 150-8published at 42 overs

Stuart Broad tucks in his shirt and steams in to Blackwood, who greets him with a back-foot punch through the covers, on the up, for four. A chap in the crowd enjoyed that, mimicking the shot with his forearm. Blackwood has faith in Joseph, who has a Test average of three, by taking a quick single to Anderson at mid-off. That faith isn't necessarily justified as the number 10 has a flirt outside off but fails to connect. He looks a proper tailender.

I think England will enforce the follow-on, get the win as soon as possible. The bowlers haven't really done a lot of work so they are still fresh.

Play is about to resume. This will be a longer session than usual due to the rain at the start of today's play. Tea will be taken at 19:10 BST.

Jermaine Blackwood and Alzarri Joseph, reluctantly, make their way to the middle.

Captain Jason Holder played and missed a couple of times against Moeen Ali, eventually nicking one into the gloves of Bairstow. A good review from England.

Then Stuart Broad cleaned up Kemar Roach. Eight down.

Leks: Food placed in front of my cousin's dog would last longer than this West Indies innings (and that's saying something!)

Andy K: It would be touch and go, but thirsty Brits drinking a bar dry would give the WI team a good run at who would finish 1st.

I get no joy in West Indies bashing, but this really was a terrible shot from Shane Dowrich. Six down. Another for Roland-Jones.

Jermaine Blackwood has played some shots on his way to an unbeaten 60. We were slightly worried when he got hit on the bonce by Ben Stokes, but thankfully he was OK.

West Indies lost three wickets for two runs in 24 balls, as Anderson struck again. Jimmy got it to nip back a tad and Roston Chase, arguably one of the better batsman in this West Indies side, chopped on.

The second Hope (sorry, I did it again) showed some encouraging signs for the tourists. But it didn't last long. A wicket for Toby Roland-Jones.

The ultimate pick-me-up. Car has broken down on holiday, just got back with fed up wife and kids. England running through West Indies. All feels (a little) better.

As if the West Indies didn't have enough problems, Kieran Powell decided to take on the arm of James Anderson and was run out.

A very, very poor session from West Indies. Take nothing away from England bowlers, they stuck to their game plan and got their rewards. England should enjoy their lunch, things are looking pretty easy for them.

We had an early start this afternoon as a result of the rain last night. It lasted one ball before the heavens opened up again. So play actually started at 14:00 BST.

Jimmy found some bounce out of nowhere and there was no hope for, erm, Kyle Hope. That's the last hope joke, I promise.

    Cheers Amy.

You were spot on earlier when you said that such a one-sided game offers little enjoyment. Seven wickets in that session, woeful from West Indies. Let's recap on this afternoon's play ...
