Honestly, Matt. I leave you alone for half a session and carnage ensues.

Still, who doesn't love a bit of vintage mockers. Top effort today, fella.

Those three wickets have ramped up an already engrossing Test, to be fair.

Thrilling stuff. Evening session under way shortly, should be a cracker.

You'll all be pleased to know that is me done on live texting duties for the day.

Time to hand back to Jack Skelton for the final session.

I think it is pretty much certain now that we'll be going to a fifth day and I'll be back to strike fear into batsmen tomorrow.

But a ball after I said things were going "swimmingly" for England, Stokes chipped straight to long off, sparking the loss of three wickets in quick succession.

Malan was bowled by Chase for 61 while Jonny Bairstow came in and looked good but had a brain fade as he lost his wicket playing a reverse sweep.

In the first hour of that session England calmly added 52 runs without the loss of a wicket. Both Dawid Malan and Ben Stokes reached 50.

Stokes was the aggressor while Malan dug in.

One player who will be happy with a big lead England is Mo Ali. As a spinner, when the pitch is turning, you know all of the pressure is on you.

Mo will want well over 300.

It's a fantastic Test match which is tantalisingly close. In my opinion, I think the West Indies are narrowly on top.

I want to say how much I like Chris Woakes' batting but I don't dare.

Bishoo is back to try and bemuse the England lower order but Moeen and Woakes see out the final over before tea.

The ultimate session of two halves.

Bairstow's shot selection was more criminal than the live text 'all going swimmingly' comment!

Ha! If any Aussie media supremos want to make me an offer I'll listen.

Moeen steals another single off Roach's over.

Jack Skelton is back after his lunch. "What have you done, mate?" he says. I know. I know.

Matt, depending on your contractual situation, if you could get a job with the Aussie state broadcaster's live text team in time for the Ashes we may just stand a chance!

West Indies are in a tricky position - they want wickets but they don't want to give away too many runs in doing so.

This is not good bowling from Kemar Roach.

Short and wide and Moeen throws his hands at the ball and it flies over gully for four.

Moeen went hard and usually when you do that you'll carry the ball over the slips.

    Moeen 17, Woakes 9

Good from Moeen. It's not all about big shots. Singles will help as well as he pushes into the leg side and sets off for a run.

West Indies have three fielders in close to Woakes but plenty of men back on the rope as they try to protect the boundaries, allowing him to also pick up one.

An appeal from the penultimate ball for lbw against Moeen. Gaffaney shakes his head. That one looked close to me I must say.

Neil Burniston: I love Jonny Bairstow so much. But I actually think he should be dropped next match as punishment for that shot.

Kemar Roach is back into the attack as Jason Holder looks to wrap things up quickly.

That's abut as typical Moeen Ali as it is possible to be.

On the up, plenty of wrist involved, he guides the seamer through the offisde for four.

And four more! Roach can't bowl there. He has most of his fielders on the off side waiting for the drive in the air but bowls on Moeen's hip. Four more runs West Indies can't afford to give away. Not what Holder was after from Roach.

It's a heart in mouth moment for a second as Moeen sweeps Chase in the air but once the camera reveals that no fielder is there England fans can relax.

The bearded left-hander picks up four more crucial runs.

Jonny Bairstow out bowled reverse sweeping. Discuss...

Chris Woakes so often makes 20 or so and England need every bit of that.

Once again Holder is proving pace is not everything as he beats England's number eight twice in a row outside off stump.

There is big applause for every run now. The crowd love a four through mid on from Woakes. They're quite right too. A lovely shot.

England are gifting West Indies an opportunity here. It's a ridiculous shot from Jonny Bairstow.

Bairstow knows that was the silly. He swishes his bat in disgust as he walks off. Paul Farbrace does not look amused on the England balcony. England now have two new batsmen at the crease and are by no means safe.

Who wants Jack Skelton back? Things were going so well for England before the drinks break when I took over.
