Amir's seam position is beautiful. He's roaring in at 90mph. It's game on now.
Oh, and that's a beauty first up! Cracking from Amir, bowling at off stump and catching Kohli in two minds, the ball just swinging back as it tailed away. Three fielders then converge on Shoaib Malik to give him a high-five as he pulls off a fine stop at cover. Kohli gets the first runs on the board with a little flick off the hip.
The cheer from the crowd should tell you who that brings to the crease. It's Virat time. He probably wasn't expecting to be in three balls into the innings...

What a start for Pakistan - you get the feeling something might be afoot here.
Rohit lbw b Amir 0 (Ind 0-1)
Gone! Third ball of the innings! Mohammad Amir! That's brilliant from Amir; a full delivery that shaped back into Rohit Sharma's pads as he pushed forward. He briefly thought about looking at it but no, that's out. What a start!

I was worried Pakistan would be bowled out for 220, but their batsman have ensured we have a classic game set up. Both teams are relying on their strongest suit now.
Cheers, Shajan. Right. Excited?
Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan are at the crease. Mohammad Amir has got the ball clasped in his hand. Here we go...
I am handing back to my colleague Amy as the teams make their way back out for the start of the India innings.
Fakhar Zaman punished India for that earlier reprieve and made his maiden ODI century from 92 deliveries.

Dave: India have done well in the final 10 overs to keep Pakistan to below 350. Game on! What can the master chaser do against Pakistan's pace attack?
Anand Dahihandekar: In a final, chasing 339, I don't think for a minute Indian fans will fancy their chances! It will need a miracle!
And it was Azhar Ali who celebrated his half-century first and team-mate Fakhar Zaman was quick to follow suit after some awful fielding from Yuvraj Singh.
Fakhar's batting partner Azhar Ali goes over the boundary off Ravichandran Ashwin to hit the first six of the day.
There was a reprieve for Fakhar early on in Pakistan's innings as he edged behind, but it was a no ball from Bumrah. The batsman was recalled in what proved to be a very crucial moment early in the game.
Thanks, Amy. I think everyone is looking forward to watching the chase in the afternoon sunshine and who could blame them.
Let's take a look back at that Pakistan innings.
I'm off for a lie down. I'll be back for the start of India's chase. Shajan will keep you company for the next 20 minutes. In a bit.

This is a block of flats behind the media centre at The Oval. That balcony has been packed all day. Free entry? How much could you charge for a seat?

I think Pakistan have got a chance here. You know the danger India hold. I just think India's batting is so strong but the India lower order has not had much of a run out this tournament and that could affect them. I think this could be Pakistan's day.

Rakesh S: Game on, India are strong chasers, but you never know what pressure of a final can do.
Jared Maobe: The question will be, which Pakistan will turn up in bowling? If it's the same as England in the semis, then India are in trouble.
