Aus 69-2published at 13 overs
Excellent control from Moeen too, Smith and Head only able to nurdle three runs.
But England need wickets, not just control.
Head (96) anchors Australia's chase of 197
England bowled out for 196 in 44.5 overs
Woakes hit 78 as England recovered from 8-5
Roy, Bairstow, Root & Buttler all record ducks
Four wickets for Cummins; three for Hazlewood & Tye
England lead five-match series 3-0

Excellent control from Moeen too, Smith and Head only able to nurdle three runs.

Target 197
Solid start from Rashid, just three singles from the over. He outwitted Smith with a googly too, the Aussie skipper playing for the spin and instead getting an inside edge on it, but a thick enough edge to deflect away square.
Time for double spin. Here comes leg-spinner Adil Rashid...
Moeen wheels in and Smith rolls away to deep mid-wicket for one.
Will Head go after the spinner? He advances down the pitch but is forced to cover up in defence before he slides the last ball away for one.

Head has looked poor with the bat in previous games - fidgety and not in sync. But he's got off to a flyer here.
Head 41, Smith 1
Tom Curran gets one of those back-of-the-hand slower balls wrong, badly wrong, as it rolls very wide off the cut strip. Yeesh, and again - two wides to the start the over.
He gets back on line but that's too full and Head punches back down the ground for four.
Good response from Curran, bowling more wicket to wicket as Head can't get it away.
But the last is wide and Head slashes it through the covers for four. He's taking the game away from England at a fair lick. For all his first over was excellent, that was a bit dire from Curran - those two failed slower balls knocking him off his line and length.
Target 197
Head works the ball away round his front pad for one before Smith clips it round the corner for another. That's 50 up for Australia.
A tidy start from Moeen as Head just flicks away for a single to finish the over.
Not nearly as much swing for England as there was for Australia earlier on.
Eoin Morgan is turning to spin - here comes Moeen Ali...

Cameron White is a good player but as somebody who has played against Glenn Maxwell a lot, I know who I'd rather have in the opposition side. Maxwell was a nightmare to play and field against.
Still baffles me that Australia called up Cameron White for this series. Very little from the 34-year-old to suggest it's worth persevering with him going forward to the next World Cup.
Skipper Steve Smith arrives at the crease, happy to just defend his first two deliveries.
That's a wicket maiden from Curran, an excellent start to his spell.

Ex-England batsman on Test Match Special
That's really nice from Tom Curran. He's brought intent and aggression to this England bowling attack already.
White lbw Curran 3 (Aus 48-2)
Tom Curran into the attack and making things happen straight away.
It's an excellent delivery, angling back in to Cameron White, who plays around it as the ball smacks into the pads.
That's about as plumb as they come. Only Shane Watson would try reviewing that and White duly slumps off.
Head 31, White 3
White gets off the mark as he drills it down through mid-on for three.
Head then dispatches a short one from Woakes back past mid-on to the fence. Brutish but effective stuff from the opener.
He cuts at a wide one but Jason Roy puts in a terrific dive to parry the ball to Eoin Morgan in the covers and there's no run.
The final delivery is full, wide and Head drives it through the covers. He clearly fancies getting a prime spot for the Australia Day fireworks later.

With the IPL auction tomorrow, I reckon Mr Woakes has just added a few crore to his value.

BBC Test Match Special
Australia don't have a particularly explosive batting line-up, but when you're only chasing 197, you'd expect players like Steve Smith and Cameron White to knock those off rather easily.
Target 197
Travis Head looks to be trying to slog his way into some form, flaying at a wide one and just about getting it over point and away to the fence.
Ugh. Sure enough Head flays away again and nicks it...but that flies through where second slip would've been for four. England had just taken second slip out. Sickener.
Make that another four - Head flicks it uppishly from outside off through mid-wicket to the fence. Not the prettiest three shots, but Australia already have 12 from the over.
Good response from Wood, bowling a tighter line to send down three dot balls.
Cameron White is the new man in and he leaves and blocks his first two deliveries.
Top score with the bat - can Woakes be England's inspiration with the ball too?

Warner has not looked in the best of form in this series. He's not been totally explosive. England's method of banging the ball across him seems to be working.
Ebony Rainford-Brent
Ex-England batter on BBC Test Match Special
That's poor from Warner - it was wide enough for Warner to leave or play with a squarer bat. You'd hope somebody as good as Warner could adjust better. The decision-making process needs to be sharper.
Warner c Buttler b Woakes 13 (Aus 25-1)
After an imperious start from the hosts, England have a breakthrough.
Woakes angles it nicely across Warner, who hangs his bat out there and nicks it behind to Buttler.
Bit of a nothing shot from the Aussie opener, moments after he thwacked the same bowler to the fence with a gorgeous pull shot.
Can England make more early inroads into the Australia top order?
