England are racing through these singles, while South Africa are racing through their overs when the spinners are on - I'd expect the scoreboard is struggling to keep up, I'm certainly struggling to type at such a speed!
Taylor drops her bat at the end of the over - there looks to be a small splinter at the toe-end, might she need a new one?
Eng 174-1
A lovely ripple of applause around Hove for local favourite Sarah Taylor, who has reached her 20th ODI fifty almost imperceptibly in Tammy Beaumont's wake with a single off the recalled Khaka. Although she's only needed 45 balls to do it.
But we soon get a sight of the Sarah Taylor cover drive - arguably one of the most aesthetically pleasing shots in world cricket - as the ball disappears to the boundary. Four leg byes and a couple of well-run twos mean it's 14 from the over. England going great guns.

South Africa need to make something happen. This pair are just finding it too easy at the moment.
Van Niekerk serves up a couple of ropey full tosses, the first of which is bludgeoned to the cow corner boundary by Taylor for a first-bounce four.

A par score here is probably 280, or even 300 - but South Africa won't feel that such a score is beyond them.
Beaumont 72, Taylor 43
Sarah Taylor's reverse-sweeping hasn't quite been on a par with Tammy Beaumont's today - but she finds the boundary again with a powerful whack through mid-wicket, before helping a loose delivery for four more through mid-wicket. Third man is brought up so South Africa can reinforce the legside fence in front of the pavilion (if you know Hove - the pavilion's at cow corner when the bowling's from the Cromwell Road End).

Beaumont's playing games with them now, isn't she!
After seven wicketless overs for 40, Ntozakhe takes a rest and captain Dane van Niekerk introduces her own leg-spin into the attack at the Sea End. But England keep the scoreboard ticking, picking off singles at will - four singles and a two from DVN's first over.
At times like this, DVN must wish she had 13 or 14 fielders to place...
And here's how Beaumont reached 50...
Beaumont 70, Taylor 30
Ouch! Beaumont attempts another Beauscoop off Tryon's bowling, and keeper Lizelle Lee - up to the stumps - takes a whack on her shoulder from Beaumont's bat. There'll be a bruise there, but Lee is made of stern stuff and is fine to continue. Beaumont is really going through the gears here - slog-sweeping the left-arm seamer for a flat six over mid-wicket.

The South Africans have bowled a little too full today.
Eng 129-1
And with Beaumont playing gloriously, it takes a little of the pressure off Sarah Taylor - though she gives a "life" when she leans forward to try a reverse sweep which goes through the hands of the fielder reaching to her right at backward point.

You feel that South Africa could squeeze the inner ring a bit more, cut out a few of these singles. If I were South Africa, I might be fearing the worst with the likes of Wyatt, Sciver, Knight and Brunt to come.
Beaumont 60 from 67 balls
Dilscoop! Or should that be Beaumont-scoop? Or a Beauscoop? You decide - as Tammy Beaumont, who's one of the shorter players in international cricket, is able to crouch down fairly easily and flip the ball over the wicketkeeper's head for four, before pulling four more. A glorious innings so far.
Beaumont 51, Taylor 18
Beaumont attempts another reverse sweep against Ntozakhe's off-spin but can't connect. Though as the Proteas spinner is bowling round the wicket, it pretty much takes lbw out of the equation - certainly so as soon as it pitches outside leg stump.

Ex-England captain on BBC Test Match Special
It's an outstanding knock from Tammy, and I think she'll want to go one better and get a hundred. She learnt a lot playing for Adelaide Strikers in the WBBL and it's great to see her back in the runs.
Eng 103-1
Beaumont reaches her sixth ODI fifty from 60 balls with a scampered single from Tryon's bowling - she also has three centuries to her name in this format.
Plenty of cheers from the predominantly young Hove crowd as Taylor dabs a single to bring England past 100. Pretty tidy over from Ntozakhe.
Let's hope Taylor's OK - she has a visit from the physio between overs, and it looks like the England keeper has had to swig down a tablet or two.

I think British hockey Olympians Helen and Kate Richardson-Walsh are coming here today.
