    Not again, surely?!

    This is just bonkers.

    Division Two latest

The latest news in Division Two is that there is very little news. That said, here's a quick recap of how things stand.

    • Northamptonshire are 93-3 in reply to Derbyshire's 260, having added 19 runs to their overnight total.
    • Gloucestershire are closing in on a fourth batting bonus point against Durham. They are 337-7 after 102 overs.
    • Leicestershire are building a decent lead against Kent, who were bowled out for 104 yesterday. The Foxes have scored 20 runs without loss this morning, taking their tally to 169-6.
    • Leaders Warwickshire have also added 20 runs in the first 25 minutes today to move on to 172-4, still trailing Middlesex by 64 runs.

It's an absolute beauty from James Anderson - an outswinger which glances the edge of Root's bat and Dane Vilas does the rest.

Not much the England captain could do about that.
