  1. SL 107-0published at 15 overs

Dickwella and Sadeera continue to hit the gaps and pick up singles despite some tight bowling from Rashid. Very impressive batting so far.

  2. 50 runs

50 for Dickwellapublished at 14.1 overs

Niroshan Dickwella works Adil Rashid into a gap in the leg side for a single to bring up a fine fifty.

Can he become the first Sri Lanka to hit a century in ODIs this year?

Poor fielding today due to loss of intensity with series won, or not having Morgan on the field? Buttler too nice a bloke to be captain...

  4. SL 101-0published at 14 overs

    Dickwella 49, Sadeera 46

Sri Lanka continue to rotate the strike well...although Sadeera does take a suicide single by dropping the ball straight to Ben Stokes at mid-off and running.

Stokes misses with his shy at the stumps though - Sadeera would've been a fair way out if he'd hit.

Liam Plunkett strays down leg with what should've been the last ball of the over, bringing up a fine century stand for Sri Lanka's openers.

A tap round the corner for one to finish. Plenty for England skipper Jos Buttler to ponder.

Another double bowling change for England.

Liam Plunkett is back in the side for his first bowl of the series, having missed the first three games for his wedding and not been selected last time out.

  6. SL 94-0published at 13 overs

Miserly stuff from Adil Rashid to start his spell - that is until the last ball when Sri Lanka scamper two when sharper fielding would've restricted them to one.

Rashid isn't happy. But he concedes just five from the over.

    Adil Rashid is on...

  8. SL 89-0published at 12 overs

Tom Curran continues and there's a half-hearted appeal for lbw but that took a big inside edge onto Niroshan Dickwella's pads.

Fairly tidy otherwise from TC, conceding six from the over.

England are the only side in ODI who's bench strength is solid. Those players who do not get into England side regularly would walk into any other side in World cricket in ODI. England's World Cup to lose next summer.

    Ketan Patel, Capel

The bench strength isn't looking at its best so far today though...

  10. SL 83-0published at 11 overs

    Dickwella 39, Sadeera 39

Hmm, Sri Lanka go on the attack against Moeen Ali.

A few sweeps just bring ones or twos but then Sadeera skips down the pitch to the list and lofts it expertly over mid-wicket for four.

Pressure back on England after two decent overs.

Impressive response from Tom Curran, mixing it up to send down four straight dot balls, although he is perhaps a tad fortunate to get away with a low, slow full toss that Niroshan Dickwella flicks round the corner to short fine leg for no run.

Two singles follow, the second a quick run to mid-on Liam Plunkett, who spikes the ball straight into the ground. A woeful throw and the returning fast bowler stares at his hand to indicate the ball stuck in there. An excellent over from TC though, just two from it.

And it's a customary tidy start from Moeen, conceding just five from his first over.

Good quick singles taken by the Sri Lanka openers mind.

I think Wood would be ahead of Stone in the pecking order. Stone is flavour of the month because he has bowled some quick balls.

There has been talk that Jos Buttler has not been well in the last 24 hours but because Jonny Bairstow is injured he has to keep.

    Dickwella 30, Sadeera 31

And TC gets the same treatment as his younger bro - Sadeera shows perfect poise to drive on the up through the covers for four! Tremendous intent from the hosts.

Dickwella then flicks over mid-wicket to find the fence once again. Fearless.
