Shaheen isn't bowling at his fastest, but his length is causing problems - he's hitting the splice of the bat hard.

Shaheen Afridi is bowling with some fire here.

  3. Afg 126-5published at 28.1 overs

Shaheen Afridi is back on and there's a huge appeal from him and Sarfaraz Ahmed first ball as they think they've got Mohammad Nabi caught behind first ball.

They decide against the review - wisely it proves as the replay shows it just evaded the glove.

    I'm sorry Ilyas, but no.

It's hard enough work for us to live text one T20 game, let alone two. Think of us.

Ilyas Najib: Forget 40 overs, here’s a crazy invention which could work...a t20 test match! Played in day/night conditions, test match rules, two 20 over innings a team. Both bat an innings day & night and may the best team win!

  6. Afg 126-5published at 28 overs

Mohammad Nabi just takes a single off Shadab Khan's seventh over.

This is good again from Sarfaraz and Imad. They forced him to play that shot with the field they set.

    Ikram c Hafeez b Imad 24 (Afg 125-5)

    Awful, awful cricket.

Ikram Ali Khil was clearly get frustrated, Afghanistan have moved from 100 to 125 all in singles. He'd tried to ramp Imad Wasim the previous ball but only succeeded in knocking it onto his shoulder.

This time he takes a step down the track and goes ariel down the ground but it's straight down the throat of Mohammad Hafeez at long-on.

He did not need to play that stroke!

I thought he was dead the moment it hit the back leg, and that it was a really good call from Shadab.

Ooh, it's flicking the top of the stumps so it's umpires call and Ikram Ali Khil survives.

    Pakistan keep their review.

    There's no edge.

It sneaked through bat and pad and hit him on the back leg.

I'm a big fan of Mohammad Nabi - he's a magician with the ball. He reminds me of John Emburey.
