Somerset 100-6 v Yorks
Maharaj bowls... Abell pushes carefully into the off side and that's a warm round of applause from the Somerset faithful for the team 100.
It's hard work out there.
Essex lead Somerset by two points at top of Division One
Somerset bowled out for 199 by Yorkshire
Warwickshire going well against Essex
Lancs, Glos & Northants occupy promotion places in tight Div Two table
Jamie Lillywhite and Ben Pheazey

Maharaj bowls... Abell pushes carefully into the off side and that's a warm round of applause from the Somerset faithful for the team 100.
It's hard work out there.
Somerset 96-6 v Yorks
Dom Bess has had his moments with the bat. Does anyone remember his 57 against Pakistan last summer?
He has a century at First Class level too.
He defends carefully against Maharaj.
Just the one run for him so far off 14 balls. But there's plenty of time.
Warwicks 126-2 v Essex
Elegant from Sam Hain, a third boundary for him and it is stylishly clipped through mid-wicket. He even signals four himself as he waits for the ball to trickle over the ropes. Not seen that very often. No luck for leaders Essex yet since lunch.
Notts v Kent 116-4
Heino Kuhn is the key wicket for both sides now.
He plays inside the line to Fletcher and gets one to third man off the second ball of the over.
Ollie Robinson gets one to extra cover.
Good work from the Kent pair so far.
Barker c Pope b Clarke (Hants 90-8)
Rikki Clarke loves playing against Hampshire. After taking 7-74 against them at The Oval last month the evergreen seamer now has a five-for on the opening day at the Ageas Bowl. It's eight down for the hosts as Keith Barker drives loosely and is caught in the cordon.
Warwicks 115-2 v Essex
This one looked close, sadly we do not have the benefit of a reply, but Dom Sibley was well across his stumps trying to turn Sam Cook to leg. Not out is the verdict again though as the Warwickshire opener closes in on a determined half century.
Somerset 85-6 v Yorks
Ben Coad piles the pressure on Somerset as Lewis Gregory defends a short one with a crooked bat and edges to the keeper.
A rearguard is needed from Dom Bess.
Here's the state of play so far in the second division games:
Northants dismissed Paul Horton and Colin Ackermann at Grace Road, where Leicestershire are now 128-2.
Mark Cosgrove and Hassan Azad have put on 103 for the third wicket to date.
It was honours even at Bristol between Gloucestershire and Sussex.
But James Bracey has been dismissed by Chris Jordan for 61 and the hosts are 97-3.
Billy Godleman and Luis Reece got Derbyshire off to a bright start against Lancashire at Old Trafford with a stand of 66. But since then the hosts have ripped out two wickets for 10 runs to leave the visitors on 123-4
Durham have struggled to 107-6 against Middlesex at Lord's, where Steven Finn and Tim Murtagh have two wickets each.
Hamish Rutherford was bowled by Michael Hogan for 19 to leave Worcestershire 21-1 against Glamorgan at New Road.
Since then the Pears have recovered slightly to 90-3.
Daryl Mitchell was the third batsman out, caught by keeper Chris Cooke off Michael Hogan for 36.
Donald c McKerr b Clarke (Hants 81-7)
The turmoil continues for Hampshire as Aneurin Donald chips up a catch to mid-off and Rikki Clarke now has 4-18 from 10 overs. There are not many Aneurins in first-class cricket are there?
Lancs 121-4
A second wicket after lunch for Division Two leaders Lancashire as Alex Hughes edges to the keeper to give Richard Gleeson his third scalp of the innings at Old Trafford.
Notts v Kent 105-4
Disaster for Kent!
Lovely flight from Ravi Ashwin.
Daniel Bell-Drummond over balances to defend and the keeper whips off the bails.
Ollie Robinson's turn to bat.

Somerset 84-5 v Yorks
Seven runs in the last five overs since Bartlett got out.
Lewis Gregory picks up three from Ben Coad.
Keshav Maharaj at the other end. Gregory charges down the wicket and checks his drive at the last possible moment. And breathe.
Nailed it this time! Clubbed through mid-wicket for four. Gregory is on 12.
Notts v Kent 100-3
Well, Heino Kuhn gets into double figures with a reverse sweep against the spin.
A very ambitious shot so early in his knock but sweetly struck.
And again! Same shot, four more.
Is Ravi Ashwin being belted out of the attack?
Dawson c Foakes b McKerr 12 (Hants 69-6)
It's the sixth Hampshire wicket of the day as Liam Dawson nicks a fine away swinger from Conor McKerr and Ben Foakes takes a neat catch down by his bootlaces. A horror show for the hosts but a second bonus point for the visitors.
Notts v Kent 88-3
Luke Fletcher beats Bell-Drummond outside off stump.
The batsman turns down a single off the next ball.
He picks up a single to backward point. Steady from the Kent opener.
Heino Kuhn defends the fifth and then squeezes a single off a thick edge through point.
Somerset 70-5 v Yorks
Horrid shot from George Bartlett.
Is the reverse sweep really on at 70-4?
Easy catch for Adam Lyth at first slip and Keshav Maharaj is gifted his first innings wicket.
Dearie me.

Hants 60-5 v Surrey
The broadbrimmed white sun hats of umpires Ian "Gunner" Gould and Mike Burns appear for the afternoon session in the sunshine at the Ageas Bowl where Hampshire will try to muster some sort of total, having been 42-5 when their captain James Vince was dismissed.
Somerset 70-4 v Yorks
Crucial fifth wicket partnership between Tom Abell and George Bartlett here, worth 24 so far.
Contributions will surely be needed down the order from Lewis Gregory and Dom Bess, both averaging over 30 in the Championship this summer.
Notts v Kent 78-3
A great boost for Notts, who snared Sam Billings just before the break.
Ashwin has three balls left to bowl in his 11th over. He has 2-11.
Warwicks 91-2 v Essex
We are under way in the afternoon session as leaders Essex look to make further in-roads against Warwickshire, for whom England hopeful Dom Sibley is unbeaten on 35, 16 runs short of 1,000 Championship runs this summer.
