Joe Root is back for another bowl. He conceded 25 runs in three overs earlier.
Miller 10, Phehlukwayo 2
Chris Jordan's radar is letting him down. First a leg-side wide and then another in a similar direction that flicks thigh pad and runs down for four leg-byes. Jordan's figures are flattering him a little today. That latest boundary goes down as extras rather than against his name.

It wouldn't be a South African cricket ground without the smell of a braai (barbecue) drifting across...
Miller 10, Phehlukwayo 1
Oh, I've just seen another replay of that running. It was so bad. David Miller didn't move at the non-striker's end. He was ball watching. Smuts made it so far down the pitch he could have stuck an arm out and shook his partner's hand.
Miller sweeps hard for four in Moeen's latest over. He has some making up to do.
Andile Phehlukwayo, the last serious batsman in this line-up, is the new man.
Smuts run out Banton 31 (SA 155-5)
Gone! The dive can't save JJ Smuts. These two had never looked sure running between the wickets and it costs them. It was a good stop at mid-wicket by Tom Banton and a safe throw. Not good running.
Massive mix-up! This is surely a run-out.
JJ Smuts is walking off already.
Chris Jordan is back into the attack. Morgan is holding Rashid's final two overs back for later.
It's fair to say Jason Roy, left, had some words for Rassie van der Dussen when Moeen Ali ripped one through the South African's defences...
Smuts 30, Miller 4
Tidy stuff from Moeen takes us to drinks. Two from the over. 250 is not a certainty from here, especially with South Africa's long tail. Beuran Hendricks is down to come in at eight and he averages 8.10 in List A cricket.
Smuts 29, Miller 3
Adil Rashid almost steals another wicket when Smuts clinks a full toss up into the air. It only just clears the fielder running back from mid-wicket.
Smuts gets a four off the final ball of the over but this isn't quite where he aimed it. There was a bit of edge in that down to third man.
England are still controlling this.
England have looked to the future by giving Matt Parkinson some games but Adil Rashid has given a timely reminder of how good he is. Parkinson isn't in Rashid's class. Not yet at least.
Moeen bowls a beauty to Miller to end the over.

Rob Meech: This is the best I’ve seen Adil Rashid bowl for a long time. Great control, plenty of revs on the ball and big turn. Hopefully the break has helped him to overcome his shoulder issues. He’s a class act in the ODI format.
John: It’s almost like Adil Rashid is a world-class bowler, and England are a far better team with him playing?
Smuts 21, Miller 1
Six balls, two singles, three dots and the wicket of Quinton de Kock.
Well bowled, Adil Rashid.
David Miller gets off the mark with the riskiest of singles. He was out with a direct hit.
David Miller, who has never really convinced me, is in next for the hosts.

Pete Ransom: Great to have the spin twins back! Adil and Moeen all over South Africa.
De Kock b Rashid 69 (SA 140-4)
It's the big one! Adil Rashid is on a roll. How good is it to see him back in this England team?
Quinton de Kock had looked a class above and he tries to pump Rashid into the stands but a bit of flight and turn beats the left-hander and the stumps are rearranged.
Rashid points his finger and swishes his arm in celebration. He's put England well on top.

Rashid's memories of this ground might not be that fond - last time England played an ODI here he dropped Chris Morris on 14 in the fourth ODI in 2016. He went on to hit 62 off 38 to win the match and level the series at 2-2. They went on to win the decider in Cape Town. It's fair to say Rashid's drop cost them the series.
De Kock 69, Smuts 20
Tom Curran is feeling the full heat of the famous Bullring now. A ropey piece of fielding on the boundary rope sees him run over the ball and concede four.
The locals behind him are letting the Surrey bowler know about it.
