This is an innings set up for Laura Wolvaardt - her team struggling and time to save them.
Nida Dar will become the second Pakistan player to bowl her overs straight through, and the third to complete her spell - so it looks like it'll be Anam Amin and Aiman Anwar to finish up, unless they turn to a sixth bowler at this late stage.
Laura Wolvaardt is looking good, lifting a four over mid-off.
Here's how it ended for Mignon du Preez:
Wolvaardt 15, Luus 7
A slight gamble by Pakistan? They turn back to their strike bowler Diana Baig for her last over. Can she nibble another wicket or two here? Wolvaardt, who's been in the international game for four years but doesn't turn 21 until next month, is batting maturely - while Luus flicks a three off her legs.
Diana finishes with 2-19 from four overs. Five left for South Africa to set a target.

Pakistan will hope they can get Chloe Tryon in soon and then also get her out cheaply because then they might even be able to restrict South Africa to under 100.
It's not the best over for stand-in captain Javeria Khan - having seen her side no-balled for having an extra fielder out, a fumble in the field from Javeria allows South Africa an extra run as some good hustle brings them eight from the over.

The most unnecessary no ball in the history of the game.
A bad error by Pakistan - with five fielders outside the circle (rather than the permitted four), Nida Dar is charged with a no-ball!
The free-hit ball is guided for two by Wolvaardt.
Wolvaardt 8, Luus 1
Sune Luus is a useful (Luus-full?) player to have in at six - as Alex Hartley points out on TMS, she opened for Lancashire Thunder in the KSL last year.
She's off the mark, Wolvaardt drills a two to long-on, and Syeda Aroob Shah finishes her spell with figures of 1-25.

That was the worst ball of the day. What was she doing? She could've hit it anywhere in the ground.
Kapp c Iram b Aroob 31 (SA 64-4)
A juicy full toss from Syeda Aroob Shah... but Marizanne Kapp just hits it straight down long-off's throat!

I think South Africa are looking at about 120.
But if they can get to 130, that's probably going to be too much for this Pakistan batting line-up.
Nida Dar continues, there's a brief mix-up which nearly creates a run-out, but it's still some good containment from Pakistan.
South Africa need to roll the dice pretty soon...

South Africa could do with a few more like this...

I wonder, at what point do you send Chloe Tryon in to up the run rate? You've got to be going at least six an over. You always want 120 minimum.
Kapp 30, Wolvaardt 2
Thanks, Jack. Leg-spinner Syeda Aroob Shah continues for her third over, and Laura Wolvaardt is going to have her first bat of this World Cup. She and Kapp milk five singles from the over.
What can South Africa post from here? It looks a tricky pitch for batting on.
Mark Mitchener is on to find out...

Some would argue that reverse-sweep was unnecessary, but the ball was outside off stump and there to be hit, it's just trickled onto her stumps.
