West Indies reviewpublished at 17:21 British Summer Time 9 July 2020
Oh but this one has to be out! Surely this time?
It's lbw to Campbell again but he reviews.
Brathwaite 20*, Hope 3*
Bad light ends play early
Campbell lbw Anderson 28
Campbell overturns lbw on 12 & 24
Fails with third review
England 204: Stokes 43, Buttler 35
Holder 6-42, Gabriel 4-62
First Test, Southampton, day two
Matthew Henry and Kal Sajad
Oh but this one has to be out! Surely this time?
It's lbw to Campbell again but he reviews.
After the review, Campbell edges one on the bounce to third slip, chops another onto his thigh pad and then has a hoik.
It looked ugly but runs for four and does little for Anderson's mood.

Jimmy is grumpy.
That's five decisions that have gone against West Indies now that they have overturned.

It's one of those days. You have to feel for the umpires - these are just slight errors, not glaring errors. But another review that West Indies get right.
Well, well. The umpires have got another wrong.
The ball-tracking shows it would have gone over the top.
Jimmy Anderson cannot believe it and has a wry smile on his face.

Only height can save him.

Pitched in line, looked like it was going to hit the stumps but he's going for the review.
Have England got their man this time?! John Campbell, on 24, is given out lbw again but reviews once more.

They've played well these two. Taken every run that has been on offer.
Anderson is going to bowl at least one more. He's switched to round the wicket for his seventh over.

Anderson has bowled six, I don't think he'll bowl too many now.

That was a better over from Archer for my liking. He bowled one bouncer that had Brathwaite in a spot of trouble but the rest of the deliveries were full and attacking the stumps.
Excellent fielding from Burns off the final ball too.

Jonathan France: West Indies bowl England out by pitching it up, just outside off with discipline. England on the other hand pitch it short, too straight with a lack of discipline, looking for the magic ball every time
Brathwaite 9, Campbell 21
That looks much more well-mannered than a day at the cricket. I'm more used to seeing drunken cries of Sweet Caroline.

Ben Stokes was grinning from slip after that bouncer. He liked what he saw.
Archer bowls another bouncer that would have taken Campbell's head off if he hadn't ducked.
It's entertaining but I'll leave it up to you whether it's the right tactic on this pitch in these conditions.

The fact that Archer has reverted to bouncers, on a wicket like this and these kind of conditions, tells you that England have gone to Plan C.
I get the feeling this is hotting up. Archer fires in a rapid yorker and licks his lips after Campbell uncomfortably digs it out.
Archer follows it with a bouncer that Campbell swishes at.

Patrick Brennan: The two wicket-taking bowlers taking 6-42 and 4-62 is very satisfying numerically speaking
