  1. WI 30-0published at 9 overs

    Brathwaite 9, Campbell 19

More runs for Campbell with a nice drive through mid-on for three. Dom Bess tries to slide to collect the ball on the boundary edge and gets his knee stuck in the turf.

It was could have been a horrible moment like we saw from Simon Jones all those years ago but Bess looks to have gotten away with just a hefty dry-cleaning bill.

I reckon a par score here is 260-290.

  3. WI 27-0published at 8.1 overs

I'm not sure Jimmy Anderson has enjoyed this. He goes in search of swing and John Campbell thumps the ball away through extra cover. Dismissive.

  4. WI 23-0published at 8 overs

Brathwaite plays a loose waft at the end of the over. He's got away with that one. Pacey from Archer.

  5. WI 23-0published at 7.4 overs

It looks like Kraigg Brathwaite is going to get the short treatment from Jofra Archer. Ollie Pope has the helmet on at leg gully.

Jason Holder hardly bowled a bouncer in his spells but England see it differently.

It's going to be a beautiful day tomorrow, 13 hours of sunshine, completely different. So England will want to bowl as much as possible tonight.

I wonder if Ben Stokes had anything to say in that short break? The bowling wasn't bad but could have been a little better.

West Indies have used the reviews well today. Each time we have heard the conversation between the third umpire and the TV producer. I appreciate the sentiment, but with no fans inside the ground, that might be something that isn't strictly necessary.

The England players are currently gathered just outside the boundary edge. It is still overcast and doesn't look too different to me but we're going to get back under way.

It looks as if the umpires have told the players to come back on, which is fantastic.

West Indies pace bowler Kemar Roach, speaking to Sky Sports, on Shannon Gabriel, who took 4-62: "He bowled fantastically, at high pace, and bringing the ball back - that's his strength. The rhythm was spot on today."

On Jason Holder, who took 6-42: "He's a fantastic bowler - he has the ability to move the ball both ways on a consistent length. He's doing a fantastic job for us."

  12. 'We'd accept 200 all out any day'published at 16:52 British Summer Time 9 July 2020

West Indies pace bowler Kemar Roach on Sky Sports: "To bowl England out for 200, we'd accept that any day.

"The pitch is a little bit slow, so it's about being consistent on a fuller length. It worked today. There's enough there for the bowlers when you put the ball in the right areas.

"It's tough keeping one side of the ball polished. You have to rub the ball a bit harder on your clothes. It's all about mastering that."

West Indies bowler Kemar Roach has just been the latest player to speak from the Big Brother diary room on Sky.

There was no gossip on the dressing room cleanliness but Roach was very pleased with his side's work today...

The review West Indies got right just before this break was the fourth they've overturned today.

These were the three from the England innings...

Liam: Cricket doesn’t help itself sometimes does it?! How on earth is it too dark to be playing??

Steve: Bad light? If this is what I have been waiting for all this time, then I might as well go back to waiting.

Yes, it is gloomy but you have floodlights. No-one had looked in danger. Get on with the game.

So bad light has stopped play. In a way that might work out perfectly for the West Indies if we don't get back on today, which could be a possibility.

  18. Postpublished at 16:43 British Summer Time 9 July 2020

Straight after that review the umpires decide the light has got too bad.

    Off go the players. Infuriating.

That's another one West Indies have got right. I just sensed he was going to review it, although he went down to the wire with the DRS countdown.
