If one of West Indies' top order gets a fifty then by the time Holder or Blackwood get in the England bowlers could be in their second or third spells and it could be big trouble for England.

This could be the kind of wicket you encourage a more aggressive approach.

If you sit in there will always be a ball for you on this wicket.

I reckon there are about 48 overs still to be bowled today, light permitting. These are superb conditions in which to bowl. England will fancy their chances of a productive evening.

Anderson b Gabriel 10 (Eng 204 all out)

Bowled him. Anderson did more than he was expected to do but eventually plays quite a typical number 11 defensive shot and his off stump rocks back.

And with that, Gabriel picks up his fourth wicket. Time for an early tea.

    Bess 31, Anderson 10

Dom Bess has a Test fifty to his name (on debut against Pakistan in May 2018) and is again showing that he is a handy lower-order batsman as he cuts Kemar Roach through point for back-to-back boundaries.

And with those shots, England reach their 200.

Given the very nature of this match, the weather and the circumstances it is being played in, it is difficult to confidently predict how the West Indies innings will go.

200 about a par score on this wicket considering batsmen out of practice and conditioning. Expect Archer and Anderson to do some damage with the new ball.

A lot of England players have got starts, which shows it is not a minefield, but a ball can always have your name on it.

    It has been good cricket.

Shannon Gabriel - who has has taken three wickets to Holder's six - replaces his captain and sends down a maiden.

If West Indies do take this final wicket now, an early tea will be taken. If not, we go on until 16:10 BST.

In the battle of the all-rounders the first round has gone to Jason Holder. He has bowled wonderfully.

    Bess 23, Anderson 9

This last-wicket stand worth 21 now as Bess and Anderson pick up four from a Alzarri Joseph over.

West Indies may look for a change in attack now to finish England off. I think Jason Holder deserves a little break.

Great to see a quick West Indies bowling attack again, especially after all the highlights of the WIndies great bowling attacks of the past during lockdown. Not so great to see a 90s England batting performance!

Jason Holder searching for his seventh but James Anderson deals with the over in a calm and composed manner.

England edging closer to that 200 mark.

Right, let's take a moment to look back at those six wickets for the Windies captain...

Full credit to West Indies and Jason Holder in particular. They've been excellent. However, I back our bowlers to have fun and get three or four out by close of play too. Bowling is our strength too.

James Anderson hits a four with his Tailenders bat. Look how happy it's made Mattchin.

    Bess 20, Anderson 4

Joseph continues and it's back-to-back boundaries for Dom Bess, both of them through the slips.

The first one flies over the fielders as Bess flashes hard at a wide one. He really committed to that. The second boundary is streaky but safe as it squirts along the ground. Could these be important runs?

Anderson sees off the rest of the over.

James Anderson the next (and last) man in for England. He whips it off the pads and down to the square-leg boundary for four. Tell you what, he's shown up some of his batting team-mates with that shot there.
