TimS: I love watching Buttler play, in all forms, but surely it’s time to give Foakes a go in the Test team. His been the best wk for a long time now and deserves a chance.

Doc Daneeka’s Missing PPE: That hideous drop by Buttler looking more costly by the ball. Got to go, hasn’t he?

That was a brilliant penultimate session of this Test. Archer bowled incredibly, unplayable at times. Jermaine Blackwood proved many wrong with a composed innings.

But England will be kicking themselves at that Buttler dropped chance.

Tea came at a good time for England - just get off and kill that momentum for a while.

West Indies should win it from here. That was a great session for them.

We've seen Jimmy Anderson bowl some amazing spells. I wouldn't put those three overs in that category.

Play and a miss from Dowrich as Anderson finds some seam movement off the wicket.

Then some smart running from West Indies as Dowrich's outside edge down to third man earns three runs.

Four from the over in total. That's the end of the session.

The England dressing room will be thinking it is slipping away but West Indies will still be thinking it is a long way away. It is amazing what a different perspective there is.

Shane Dowrich is playing a useful little innings here. Rotating the strike nicely as he gets on his toes and turns Wood onto the leg side for a single. He's scored 12 from 10 balls.

Blackwood seems to have done a some damage to the toe of his bat and is brought out a nice selection of new ones to choose from.

We will get at least one more over in before tea.

This is only the second time in 18 Tests Blackwood has faced more than 100 balls.

Oh how England would love the wicket of Jermaine Blackwood before tea.

But they won't get it by bowling to him there as Anderson places it in the slot and Blackwood drills it back past the bowler for a one-bounce four.

West Indies need 62 more runs to win.

Imagine Joe Root at home now watching. It could be a big change of dynamic either way for him to come back in the second Test.

Quite a few decisions have been reversed, Joe. Are we being too kind to say umpires might also be suffering from rustiness or trying to get accustomed tp these new circumstances?

Anyway, things could have been a lot different in this Test without DRS.

Blackwood bends his back and tries to guide Wood down to backward point, the ball flying just wide of Stokes in gully.

He hits the next one with much more conviction, a cut down to deep point for two.

Less than 20 minutes until tea. Probably a welcome break for both teams. What an evening session we're in for.

So interesting to watch Stokes in the last few minutes. A conference with Anderson, a word with Wood. Long pause for thought, then a look to the heavens as an edge skips for four. Welcome to captaincy...

You don't get many of those from James Anderson. I didn't know Jermaine Blackwood could play like this. It has been remarkable control in a high-pressure situation.

    WI 128-4

Jermaine Blackwood reaches his half-century with an outside edge off James Anderson and past Ben Stokes at slip for a streaky boundary.

For West Indies to win this Test, they needed a player to show some grit and determination but to also score at a decent rate. Blackwood has done both. He's scored 56 not out from 94 deliveries.

He whips a wayward ball from Anderson off the pads for another four.

What a spell from Archer. It just shows what a player of this pace can do on a lifeless pitch.
